*ouch*  You've got some serious problems there.  I'm afraid I'm no expert.  I've never seen a "Truncated Papyrus Block" message.  Are any of the ESLs you have loaded running scripts?  You are running a lot of ESLs.

My amateur suggestion is to try removing about half of the ESLs you have installed, start a new game and see if that clears things up.  If not, take out the other half and put back the first half.  When you've found the half that causes a problem then reduce that block in half again and try again until you find an ESL that causes problems.  Of course, if the problem is too many ESLs for your setup, the only solution is to remove some, particularly script ESLs.

Tried it. Got the same result when just running Ivy with a handful of masters like UF4P and Workshop Framework.

I'm afraid this is beyond me.  My only suggestion is did you try on a brand new game?  Companion Ivy V6 works well for me and others, so something about your setup is having troubles.  Other less possible things to try are to re-download and re-install the Ivy files.

Something is preventing your operating system from accessing RAM at certain locations. Check for the same issue in other mod zips too. It sounds like you have conflicts elsewhere in your FO4 install and/or other mods as well. They are impacting Companion Ivy. But I don't think Companion Ivy is the root cause of the issue.

I fixed Ivy! I just moved the plugin with the quest to the very top in the mod manager and all the crashes were over! ? True, I still had to start a new game, but Ivy is worth it....

Ok. Ivy started picking up weapons in the middle of fights. Inferior weapons like pipe pistols. I never noticed this before. Is she supposed to do that?

Check the option 'force equip hand gun' in her controller holotape.

had anyone tested ivy's capability on any companion manager? i really want to have multiple companion activated together but not to messed up IVY's quest

The only multi-companion mod that works reliably with Ivy is RAM-FM.

Go to the Ivy Discord and grab it.

The info text on the mod page tells you that Ivy doesn't work with Multi-Follower mods like AFT.

It also works with UCF.

It's just that the mod author doesn't guarantee it will work together.

Why does he do this?
I can only speculate - but unfortunately many mod users don't even begin to read the mod description.
And then UCF would say - that you have to "acquire" Ivy as the first companion - so that everything works smoothly.

I've run a couple missions with IVY and another companion using Unlimited Companion with Ivy as primary and everything seemed fine.

I can already point out a vanilla bug in the quest series of the "Automatron" DLC - but that's not due to the Ivy mod or UCF, but to the "bug-ridden" DLC!

In the last quest where you storm the facility of the "Mechanist", the blue beam for decoding the armored doors does not come from Ada (or another robot that you take with you instead of her) but from -> Ivy
The corresponding dialogue in front of the door has to be conducted with Ada.

True. In Automatron, Ada must be primary companion to avoid that bug.

I usually bring Heather because I can transport her after that bloody sky tram  thing which will take only one companion, if you're lucky.

WAHR.

Personally, I had wished that the final quest in "Automatron" would "interact" with Ivy's quest chain in a way that would only trigger the quest "Ivy inside" after Ivy had visited this robo-brain factory .

Finally, the "usual" handling of the brains is described in detail on the terminals below in the removal laboratory

which also explains the character of the "little heart" Jezebel

and

why maybe dr Franken-Stein chose a different path with Ivy

however, I'm sure not even 0.1% of all Automatron users bothered to read the terminals and reflect on what they saw!!

In view of this, to add another level to the already complex part "Ivy inside"...

Well - I always think of a special film

"Dr. Strange or how I learned..."

And if you look at the last scene in this "war room" in which the secret underground bunkers are talked about...

..where does the "lore" of the original Fallout series actually come from if not from there

?

Is there a console command to start the hypercombat quest? I feel like I've probably been in more than 20 fights with Ivy by now and I'm over level 20 so I'm not sure why it isnt starting. No other follower mods aside from Heather and I started a new game and went right to Ivy after leaving the vault. She also just told me she is in love with me. Not sure if I'm missing something? She also keeps having some debug mode error and telling me to look at the manual. Don't know if that's related or not.

So, I had this idea after Ivy asked for porn and new vibrators, and even went off to adjust the vibrations on her anal plug (hilarious,BTW).

How about an Ivy add-on: an adult store  stocked with non-perk adult mags and wearable (and static) toys like vibrators, strap-ons, plugs, etc. where you can go buy Ivy her requests. Kinda like the IVY needs gum miniquests.

I know, you are probably swamped with other projects but maybe you know someone will the same mad skills.

Check the technical documentation for all the info on Ivy, including walkthroughs, technical specs, questnames, etc..

Ah ok I see, thanks. Maybe I'm blind but is there a list of mods that conflict with ivy? I assume something I have might be causing issues since I've only ever gotten the radiant quests for her. I've never used multiple follower mods or followers in general for that matter cause they fuck up stealth. This is the first playthrough I'm using them (only Ivy and Heather) cause I got PANPC and everything is whooping my ass lol. Enjoying the hell out of the mod either way, she is a fantastic addition.

No not a known list. But you can use Ivy's Controller holotape and run a compatibility check from there.

RTM and you'll find there's a bunch of features and options in there. ;)

Ok so it mentioned that XDI will cause issues which you mentioned to ignore I believe. Then it mentioned that AAF plugins should be fine but some might cause the quests not to start so it's probably that. Also mentioned I don't get the gas mask easter egg cause of awkcr which burns my soul a bit cause Dr. Who is my favorite show ever, but that's fine lol. Assuming it's an aaf mod and I remove the offending one, will it work afterwards or should I go and start a new game? Sorry I feel like I'm bugging you but just making sure cause I literally just finished upgrading the tardis from the fallout who mod. Thanks for your patience.

if you are into stealth and camouflage (that's how I play too) - I have a suggestion for you:

https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/42851

The camouflage sits on the diving suit - which acts as an "undersuit" and you can wear all conventional armor over it - including the marine combat armor - which is located in the container under water.

By the way - Heather gets better and better sneaking skills over time - after a while she is WITHOUT Stealth-Boy when sneaking -> INVISIBLE

Mod looks cool but I think it probably won't work with the majority of my saved outfits, but thanks for the suggestion. Oh yeah I have definitely noticed Heather is really good at sneaking. She also has been one shotting deathclaws for some reason but I'm not complaining lol.

Did you find which AAF mod is messing her up?
