Well. As title says.

I am really amazed :D
Usually you fix something just to discover like a dozen things that need to be fixed before the fix can fix anything.

Or that the fix does not fix anything anymore because there is another fix but that fixes only a part of the problem.

I could continue this without end I guess :D

So this time I am just so happy because it was a problem that I had for like an eternety. And now I kinda found the solution and... to my total surprise... it imediatly worked and did not blow up Skyrim.

It's just lulling you into a false sense of security before it makes its move. ?

What was it you fixed? The suspense is killing us.

I did not want to tell because yeah.... my thoughts exactly. Skyrim just waiting for a good moment to come back at me...

I fixed a transparency bug that was bothering me for quite some time now.

From some angles transparent clothes and hair was not showing racemenu overlays/slavetat tattoos.

I opened nifskope and went to the Block List in NifSkope and change a value to 4844 instead of 4845 and treshold 30.

It made that effect disappear on the stuff I tested it with. Neve occured to me before that it might be related to the item and not my game.
And yeah... I am waiting for that changes to fuck me back.

BTW: I cannot upload screenshots to LL, so something already kicked back at me lol.

...so that's where my luck has disappeared to.

If it eases your pain: I had to perform a quite extensive black magic ritual to obtain it :D

Thanks for the info but sadly for me, it's not something I can make use of. ☹️

It's Skyrim. You didn't fix anything. Just moved the problem somewhere else. ?

Lets just hope "somewhere else" does not find me... anytime soon :D
It will find me when I completly forgot the issue and what I did and will not be able to find any connection...

No. I meant that I don't do anything involving nifskope.

xD

Bad experience? Or you use another program that is better??

I like nifskope. I usually make skimpy armor even skimpier with it :D

Just never bothered with it, never really had the need.

I m surprised how easy it is to use. At least compared with other tools...
But I am just starting to discover the full potential!

You can select parts of the armor and then just delete them.

1. left click the part in the window (its highlighted in green now)

2. right click -> in the menue select Block > Remove

Save the file.

Make a save copy before :)

Thanks!  Gonna have to download nifskope now!

I know the feeling, I'm lately trying to create followers for the first time, and I know that a follower is the easiest mod that you can create but I'm experimenting for the first time and I had so many things to fix.... I watched tons of videos and readed tons of guides xD.
But when you understand how to fix something, you are like: * - * OMG YES!

Well the NiAlphaProperty can be really fun to play with, sometimes bug sometimes delight. This is my more sexier Tavern Outfit.
