I can talk to jarl skalde about the House but when i purchase the House nothing happens ( I can repeadetly ask him to buy the house) . I don't loose 1000 gold and i dont get a contract or a key and the quest doesn't advance. could you please give me the ID to advance the quest and the Id for the key or antohter fix.

I tried already asking him after i got the other 3 to the house and before i got them to the house.

BTW, by updating the TOHUpdate.txt file, do you mean I should: 1, extract the file from the new version of TOH and place it under the game fold, probably overwrite the old TOHUpdate.txt, then apply the Bat TOHUpdate console method in game?
