Just rename your Nif to one of those (M is the male version) and put it in that folder. The loose files will override the archive. Also make sure you've got the textures and materials for your replacement nif installed. where they normally go for their mod.

You can just use loose files at the same paths on the filesystem as where they're packed into the BA2, no need for CK or repacking anything.

With Queen Isabel, is she meant to stop taking caps from you once she tells you to buy home plate in DC? I bought it but she is yet to resume fleecing me for half my caps every day.

Edit - so I think I solved it, setting Isabels factionrank for the _T_pimpfaction to 2 (which is when she is due for payment) resumed payments as normal, and it seems to have put me back in the loop. Im not sure why her factionrank was stuck at 1, but presumably something caused by the scripts involved in buying homeplates dialogue when she tells you about it?

Just to be safe I'd redownload and reinstall Hardship. Shit like that only ever happened to me when one of the scripts got corrupted, which can happen just sitting on your Hard drive, though it's never happened to me since I archived the scripts.

Did you do this in console command or...? I've already tried uninstalling an outdated version and installing the most up-to-date version and I'm still stuck with her not taking her share. I can only reply to her with A) Nevermind, B) Come with me, I need your help; C) I want out; D) How are you? and she's stopped asking for her caps at the start of an interaction.

It is not clear how the quest works with the purchase of a Home Plate.Β Geniva offers to buy a house and when I agree to the purchase, she congratulates me on the purchase, but the money is not debited and there is no key either.

Buying home plate is part of the vanilla game. This mod doesn't touch it at all. other than Isabel saying she wants you to "buy it for her" But that is seriously just flavor text and has no gameplay involved beyond roleplaying value. So if buying home plate is messed up it's not related to this mod.

Yes, with console commands. I wrote it down in my notepad file, I think the faction you need is (XX)02009a26 where (XX) is derived from your load order, so in my case the full command was:

player.setfaction rank 4802009a26 2

This should cause Queen Iz to then resume the taking payment as normal, each time she takes payment it sets your rank in the faction back to 1 and starts a 24 hour countdown timer, upon which you are moved to rank 2 again (which causes the demand for payment). I'm not sure what broke this loop originally, but I have reproduced it only twice and it seemed to be when asking her for orders, and being told to take it in the butt only. But Tentacus reckons its more likely just a corrupted script file.

Is there any setup where I can get my companions in on the "fun" when going through "hardship" stuff?
I have many companion mods from: Heather Casdin, to Ellen, to Kit from The Machine and Her, and I do oh so love Cait and Piper. And I'm really hoping that the wonderful fun in this mod can ... include them. Or is the

If you mean can they be raped? No. It was too complex for me to deal with back when I made this and I only added ANY follower support out of sheer stubbornness to cover as many situations as possible (Though I must say travelling with dogmeat is pretty great). I always invisioned this mod as being for the lonely adrift sort of RP rather than somebody who has their shit together enough to have companions.

Fair , very fair. It's an amazing mod as is. :)Β And although I have zero to limited modding experience I do already know that fo4 is a mess and that companions break themselves and break other things super easily..

Should be fine... Just expect to work harder as the percentage of female NPCs that will utilize sex workers is lower by design. You can improve your chances by setting your PC as good looking... You can always get Myrna and Daisy at least, they always say yes the first time. :DΒ Β

i discovered that when i don't carry any weapon in my inventory all the enemies in the game become friendly no one attacking me not even the bugs and i play in survival mode (completely defeat the purpose).Β 

is this a known bug ? or a featureΒ cause i didn't find anything.

i tried disabling all the mods related to enemies becoming passive like

but still friendly. I didn't have this problem before installing this mod and i really want to try it but not like this.

There is no threesome content in the current mod. The development build has raider gang rapes. The future of the mod is in flux at the moment though so, best not to worry about that. Hopefully I'll have more information in the near future.

The main reason it was never implemented is because with the style of presentation I do adding in extra actors is an extremely non trivial thing. the sex scripts are all 800-1800-ish lines long (off memory) and include complex branches that are already nearly impossible to keep track of. Adding in new comments and permutations, and endings for all that would likely increase that length signifficantly and take a very long time to make.

yes i have but it concerns and affectsΒ only raiders not super mutants and mosquitos (i disabled it any way but still)

Hardship doesn't mess with any factions beyond raiders and gunners so it has to be something else. Mods can interact in strange ways sometimes, and if you removed mods on an existing save their scripts are probably still baked into the save. You really can't remove scripted mods mid stream and really shouldn't remove MOST mods on an existing save.

i loaded a previous save (clean) after disabling each mod but some of them (like hardship and raider pet) was enabled since the beginning so i guess i have to start a new game "sigh"

Yeah as a general rule it's best not to load any save you care about full of highly scripted mods,.... and Hardship is about as highly scripted as they come :)Β (Though as stated it's almost certainly Raider pet causing this issue)

You are mistaken. While Raider Pet only allows raiders to enslave you, it places your character in the "captive" faction any time you're not carrying a weapon, so makes everything in the game except Deathclaws and a few scripted unique NPCs non-hostile toward you. Disabling any scripted mod (like Raider Pet) in an existing save is also not a great idea, as you'll likely observe lingering effects from orphaned scripts, actor values, faction memberships, and so on.

The loose explanation is that if you're unarmed then you don't seem like much of a threat.

That said, I still use it with StaticPhobia's unreleased "Raider Pet Tweaks" patch which makes it no longer rely on the captive faction, so everyone (including raiders, until you surrender to them) is hostile to you like normal regardless of whether you're entirely unarmed. That patch makes a lot of other changes though, so many that the author couldn't recall them all, and since permission was never officially obtained from Stobor (the RP mod author), it was left as a forum comment attachment.
