Wen he's broke everythings cheap, but rich it costs more than they can afford. Or they could be plagued by random bandit attack of increasing frequency & level, till Dragons start searching the player out for their nest money

Totally retard. Besides, as explained before, leveling in ES series is totally useless. I finished Oblivion Level2 and only because I needed Azura's star to give Martin an artifact and Azura's quest requires you to be level2. So if you don't level, monsters will stay easy to beat, when you have enough gold buy better gear but for the real good one, you need a lot of gold. To have a lot of gold you need big mobs, to have big mobs, you need to level. If you level, shiny gear becomes useless... Mod your game with tits and ass and nice flowers instead...
