SomeNerdDude Posted July 17, 2019 Author Posted July 17, 2019 Its telling me now when I loaded the game it tells me "Outdated or Skyrim install detected." its telling me to update my install, version 1.9.32, Im guessing that would be the game. But im pretty sure im on that version

Im gonna try to use MO like they are telling me but Im gonna try my best to find the best tutorial on how to install sexlab.
Guest Posted July 17, 2019 Posted July 17, 2019 A clean install would be the best. Watch a couple of videos about MO and once you feel confident enough try to install basic mods with it (SkyUI, the Unofficial patch and so on). That message about Skyrim version 1.9.32 tells me you were trying to play with a mod made for Skyrim LE. Make sure you install mods for Skyrim SE. The Nexus has it's own page for SE mods. Same goes for mods from here, LL has different download sections for LE and SE mods. The Sexlab framework for SE is on this forum topic, other mods will be under the download section for Skyrim SE.

What can be more easy than a video where you can see each step, compare to your own MO and check you're doing things the right way, while you listen to general commentary/instructions about what's happening.

Ah got it, sorry i did for get about what you said before lol. Thank you
Grey Cloud Posted July 17, 2019 Posted July 17, 2019 Gamer Poets do lots of good videos. The S.T.E.P. guide is an easy to follow text jobby. As Sternum has already alluded, double-check each mod is for SE before you install it. There's lots of good info in the SE section of this site.
SomeNerdDude Posted July 17, 2019 Author Posted July 17, 2019 Ah alrighty, thanks you guys. Ill check it out when I can. Im just taking a break from doing this for now lol I appreciate all your help you guys.

The time spent getting to grips with whichever mod manager you choose will pay dividends now and in the future. There are lots of written and video tutorials out there. I do not agree on that statement. But it is just me. EDITED: use a mod manager. What @Grey Cloudwas saying is what it should be done.
