Npc replacer i think, though not too sure, though the file names do seem some what familiar from somewhere, it may also change some of the creatures and npc's as well.

Not a npc  re-placer, but does alter hostile critters like wolves, spiders, etc and ads a whole lot more. Also ads new hostile critters, like snake girl, tree girl, wolf girl, tiger girl, mermaid girl. These extra npcs are high level and not fun to meet in a new game.  If you do mange to knock one of when you are still at a low level there armor and weapons are also at a high level. The mod does add friendly npc`s, just that it is tricky telling them from the hostile ones. There is a back story as well. So when you first install the mod and enter the game you will be greeted by a random friendly creature girl. Which you can either keep as a companion or tell it to bugger of. This girl will have further information on the back story. So if you want some extra action in game then this mod will do that. Just got to find some one with the paid version.
