In the meanwhile, if you want to start the game, just delete the REDELBE dll (dinpput8) Or you can instead delete the file REDELBE/Patches/Layer2.xml. That will make the error go away, but layer2 mods won't work. 1

There is no need to own the DLC to have the files. In fact, anyone, including core fighter users, always have all the files of the game. It is usually like this in most fighting games, because players that don't have DLC can actually be matched against other players that are wearing the DLC costumes. 1

Yes you are right, but the moderators team should actually be in a position, with a thread to deal fairly! if a new member or Spammer something like that does, then i would punish the new member and not the whole thread and thereby everyone else! but unfortunately I am a nobody and I have nothing to decide. 1

I have no idea how to block steam from the internet completely, other than turning off my wifi or going offline through steam. Especially when I'm modding a game like DoA or Fallout and have to open and close the game, until steam crashes or stops opening the game. But I do have to update the DoA Asap so I can extend new music and upload it?♂️.
