Having some trouble trying to retexture Phase 4's hair to black, hoping someone can help. I'm not sure what import/export settings I should be using and with what plugin. Tried using the Intel Texture Works plugin but the changes don't show in game (tried using bc1 and bc7).

The Nvidia plugin produces some weird results (tried both dxt1 and dxt3.)

Hair texture is in BC7 format, save and use the settings, such as pictures.

I use Photoshop cs5 portable ? with NVIDIA dds format for dxt1 format (hair textures and others)

Use option: DXT1 RGB 4ppp No alpha

Always check the option "Generate Mip Map Generation"
