Hello, I've been eyeing this thread for some time and I'm grateful for the conversions you guys have been doing, you're breathing life into the CBBE for NV, and I wanted to make a little request if it's not much trouble:

Hey, I could use some help, I'm trying to convert Miranda's Suit (the one I attached) but outfit studio tells me this https://i.imgur.com/PjrZ1MT.png when I try to load it as "New Project" then after I close the message it proceeds to load a reference body without textures, is this an issue with the nif? or with the "Vanilla to CBBE" reference? 

 

I've got another nif for the same suit bit it's from another mod, same suit different model, but the difference here is that after I close the same mesage as before, it actually loads the outfit. https://i.imgur.com/9SwcxRX.png

 

What can I do?

 

EDIT: Nevermind, figured it out somehow, I just hope bnb animations can be added without having to so into blender.

And some I didn't convert because there was no need.

Some are just accessories, rings, panties and such, but they needed to be converted because they didn't follow the same basic geometry of the CBBE body.

Tbh I haven't been doing conversions lately because I haven't had the time or energy. I'll see if I can do some more soonish, but I make no promises.

The crooked legs and morphed boots/feet on the Chinese stealth armor and the overall shape kinda bothered me so I replaced it and reshaped it using a T6M bnb mesh as a base, so here's a "better" shaped Chinese stealth armor, try it out with this new retexture, it's pretty nice: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/74360

Thank you so much, no problem. I just can't believe I never really got CBBE working before. It's really so simple. Everytime textures crash, have a Data folder with the texters from the port alpha ready to just slam into the game folder. It very rarely happens now that I'm picky about the outfits I install, but these conversions here are top notch. I'm using the Cowgirl Raider and Motorcycle Raider, and they're bad-fucking-ass.

But there are some really sexy T3 and T6M outfits on the New Vegas Nexus right now. I would absolutely LOOOOOVE to test the living crap out of any you are willing to find. I edit so many outfits and chop so many mods to pieces to do so my Bodyslide folder is 3Gs. So I would love more to work with.

I second this! The whole pack is badass. Somebody please do this! Elconchetumare is tots right, peeps. This is a great candidate for a conversion pack.

Hi again, I just converted the female Christmas from this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/10259 (Which IIRC is also included in Sexout Tryout) I might do the boots/stockings later. Keep in mind that it's just the outfit model with no reference/body, so if you want to put it somewhereafter you build it with bodyslide to replace another clothing/armor, make sure the outfit/armor is set as something other than upperbody at biped data/ flags in FNVEdit. 

 

Also, I haven't tested it in-game, so let me know if there are any issues with clipping or the BNB animations not working.

If what I'm seeing is correct, then you tried pulling a ref from the wrong sub-folder. Your refs are slider sets, not shape data.

Oh , thanks fixed that issue but now the bodyslides I make is making the body clip through it. Any solution will be greatly appriciated. Thanks in advanced

Hey so i am trying to use the bodyslide for kristian's closet earlier on in this forum and it looks ok when i equip it the first time but when i unequip the armor piece and i can be any of the armor pieces from my tests it does this

Here is an image of my inventory the show leapored armor is what i am supposed to be wearing and as you can see i have unequipped it and it is doing what is shown above.

so yeah how do i fix this? or is there a fixed version of the bodyslide files somewhere?

Have to save the output .nif in Nifskope (the one in your game folder that you built). Only takes a second. Usually fixes that problem anyway.

 

BTW- for anyone wondering why I don't upload conversions I did anymore, it's because I have a different way of doing them that would just be confusing to many people. That and I like to experiment with different bodies too much, lol.
