I currently have the SkyrimSE Re-Engaged ENB, Enhanced Lighting and Effects, and the Demoniac Skin Texture for CBBE. Even if I max out the [SKINSPECULAR] settings in my ENB, it still doesn't give me the amount of glossiness I want. The highest that the SkyrimSE Re-Engaged ENB will let me put my SpecularAmount settings is 10. In the setup for the Demoniac skin texture, it told me to modify the Specular settings under the [ENVIRONMENT] section of my enbseries.ini file if I wanted more glossiness, but doing that only increases the glossiness of some objects and equipment, not skin.

Is there an ENB, skin texture, or other mod that allows for more glossiness or higher max settings for SkinSpecular?

Also, could Enhanced Lighting and Effects be causing problems with this?

This screenshot is what it looks like with my current mods and my SkinSpecular settings maxed out:

You have to edit your femalebody meshes in Nifskope and increase glossiness and specular strength. Don't mess with the ENB settings, you end up ruining other things. But do give a try to Mythical ENB as well

Is there a way to edit them all at once to I don't have to go through each individual one? Because it's not really worth the effort if I have to spend hours doing it.

Not really. But just edit your main body and the armors you prefer to use and you wont have to change that much.

Once you know how, it should only take a few seconds to edit each Nif. If you abuse copy and paste.

And like people mentioned, You dont want to edit the values in ENB to much. It will make rest of the game look bad if you dont know what your doing.

Changing your specular body textures and editing Nifskope is the best and easiest way to get the wet or oily look(depending what you prefer)

It also depends on ENB dll, in "Environments" tab its an overall gloss modifier + there's "object" tab for specular modifiers and latest versions has a "specular body" tab in UI so you can adjust only humanoids specular params. It depends.

Sometimes, the recomended option by the mayority of the users is not the BEST, imo, of course.

With ENB you can change some parameters in reflexion and specularity, but normally make it for ALL the objects and textures in ALL the game and, of course, can have a impact in performance. Others users say you must MANUALLY change the nif properties of the body in NifScope, but do you know what is NifScope and how use it and what you must change and how??? That is open to a lot of MANUAL errors and problems. Additionally, when you change or reinstall your body model, of couse, you lost your MANUALLY changes.

I not use Normal ENB because i have an OLD machine i5-4460 with a OLD gtx 660 with 2 GB of Vram.

My machine and my video card not support a FULL ENB and i use ENB in Boost mode, but that not mean i can not have similar visual quality in contrast and brigthness that ENB give. Search and look some of my screenshots.

For dinamically change the texture, reflexion and specularity of the body you must use a mod for made it.

I use Wet Function Redux and is a fantastic mod that DINAMICALLY change it in ALL the bodies types not matter if you use CBBE or UPN or Mature or Pure Skin. Have an MCM for configure the parámeters and you can have this results.

And finally, you can have the OIL effect, but that disable some others textures.

You can have ALL this diferent levels of texture, reflexion and specularity simply changing parameters in the MCM.

Got a rig almost like you, except gpu clock =  i4590\MSIgtx1060 6G.My ENB v366 - 1080\60fps outdoors without DOF on Verdant grass mod and 90fps indoors on default clock 1556Hz.

I just know what effects and shaders need to be On and what is not needed to enjoy next-gen Skyrim in 60 fps.
