Hi,

I just came back to Skyrim after years and thought I would have a go at some of the amazing mods on this site.

I was going to install Sexlab and 'defeat' , anyway, now Im wondering about the legal aspect, is there any kind of law against using these kinds of mods in computer games?, Im in the Uk, I couldnt find anything online that stated that it was illegal.

cheers

As soon as you are an adult, and you legally bought the game, then you can legally use these mods.

We do not accept here the mods that are illegal (children involved, or stolen contents.)

Mods aren't illegal in themselves. Content deemed 'pornographic' in nature would be the real issue. It's probably safe to say - if it's available to be viewed on Major established porn sites, then using the same concepts in a mod is fine.

Certain types of porn, which could be misconstrued, generally include post interviews with the subjects to verify 'consent'. Since games by their nature imply this, using a little common sense should guide you in what might be considered illegal in ones country of residence.

It's fictional, so unless stories of non-consensual sex are illegal in your state/region/province or country as a whole, nothing here is illegal to use. And unless you go around proclaiming your use of these mods, I doubt anyone is going to care. The law has better things to do than pursue people who engage in harmless fantasies.
