Set Body (several versions exist) give you many bodies to choose from...all sizes.

1. If you use the same file names for the meshes as the game originals. However, if you add the various body size replacers with unique names using the Construction Set...sky's the limit.

 

2. Either play around with the character sliders until you achieve 'not ugly' or you can try using an add-on like Abriael Human Races that defaults to a Brittany Spears like-face.

With SexBody you can see/test all bodies in game.  So you must not open upper and lower body nif in NifSkope.

Then you can replace the default body in meshes\characters\_male with the body you like.

 

In my game I use HGEC E cup for all NPCs and the E cup armor clothes replacer.

My player use  H cup and only wears  H cup Mod armor clothes.

I use Vanilla.  OK body replacer and textures. But I use vanilla head mesh . The head texture  I replaced because the color matched better to the body textures.

But it is no high resolution texture, only 512x512.

 

Use the sliders and you can create good faces.

To make it simple, use OBMM as mod loader/list, it does archiveinvalidations. there was another method which i forgot.. Something ini related.

For female body i recommend ZKEC and male (has no other options really) Robert Male

 

for Shaders: get Oblivion Reloaded so you can have nice water, if you just want it for water and lava: SET 99% of the options to 0 in every ini and readme, leave only water as 1.

ENB.. well, can't say. I could promote my own glowhell  but its made for screenshots and not for actual gameplay.
