Going through every single vanilla event and decision, and making copies of them specifically for the new doctrines, is far more work than I'd care to do.

3. Not having new doctrines or changes to religious reformation means that I no longer have to overwrite the UI. This means that you are free to use House Irae alongside whatever mod you wish that adds more doctrine slots.

Hmm makes sense. Kinda shame tho, i for example would like to make the other-than-Lolth godess ( can never remember her name tbh ) have polygamy or cosmopolitan.. Whatever i guess, win some lose some.

The only oddity for this mod is that Dark Elves live as long as people. The elves added to this mod are about as eternal as the kitsune are, leaving all the elves to outlive them. I guess the counter is that females become infertile after a few births, but the men are not affected at all, and their children will always outlive a dark elf parent. Kinda inconsistent.

House Irae is not Dark World Fantasy.

Correct me if im wrong but i think the lifespan is hardcoded into the game ? And without some serious scripting cant be bypassed.

Softcoded. It's in the defines.lua file. Unfortunately if you change this, everyone will have that lifespan.

 

There are workarounds, of course.

Wouldnt changing the "dark elf/elf/some other race" trait work ? Basically for example make them functionaly immortal by copying the "Immortality" trait code ??

It's never that easy. If you make an inheritable trait immortal, then children will be forever stuck as children.

Did anyone reported possible bug with 2.1 where DElf matriarch has a favour modifier "beacause she loves women" even tho i play as a male ?

Am i right for there's no reason to have Dark Elf religion? There's no dicisions of holy wars and no Proselytise. Here what i've got... nothing. It's pain to conquest map one by one province, such poor way.image.png.1087bb5110c38e4a588eee140d2a7ce5.png

Lolth worship gives you concubinage, raiding, enatic clans and few other things. Ditto for Vahaeurn or whatever its called. 

Dont be suprised you have no forced conversion and holy wars when you picked the "pacifist/hippie" branch of Dark Elf religion...

Oh pacifist... Then it's more complicated for wars than Jainism.  Thanks for info. Didn't realised that she's  SO peaceful goddess.

Eilistrae is. Lolth and Vhareun arent so peaceful.

The 'geographical_region.txt' file in the map folder of this mod breaks compatibilty with HIP and probably every large mods that change world regions. Probably doesnt break at lot of critical mechanics but its worth mentioning and i havent seen it referenced in the description or last pages.

when i start a game in a randomised world, the button for the off-map empire is not available. I started a normal game and its ok. Is this a known thing? Is there any way to fix this?

Yes that's intentional. The mod relies on the cultures and religions not being randomized, so if they are then the offmap drow is disabled, because if it wasn't it wouldn't be the offmap drow it'd be the offmap surgantivans or whatever.

Now that Luxuria Fantasia's released, I'm going to take some time to go through House Irae and make it compatible, as well as add some new features. Don't worry, I haven't abandoned my baby.

Have some weird things going on when trying to play with a dark elf start. It seems to block some things from Luxuria Fantasia like the genderbend starting option and courtiers spawning of your race. Did a little testing and it seems to work with other races just not if you start as a dark elf. Did a clean instal of the mods and even tried a clean instal of CK2 but it made no difference.

Open up the console and type in event LFFuta.1

That's only for Luxuria Fantasia races. House Irae is not Luxuria Fantasia.
