porkybork Posted May 7, 2019 Posted May 7, 2019 Brandy. It’s smooth, tastes nice, gives me that warm-in-the-chest feeling, and helps me sleep. Sake is a close second too.
Aki K Posted June 15, 2019 Posted June 15, 2019 Hot sake, cold sake with kiwi flavor or kiwi on the side, and top shelf Vodka.

I HATE alcohol its like that nasty cherry flavored cough syrup you took as a kid. ? I also don't drink much, barely had anything this year. I just don't see the fascination of drinking, but then again I'm not a lonely middle age man, a married man trying to escape the legal slavery nightmare at home, or a over worked employee so I guess its not my thing. ? I appreciate your recommendations, since I hate exactly what you hate here. I haven't tried Barefoot Wine but I see it in lots of nearby stores, that's going on my list. I find that Liquor doesn't taste like alcohol, Emmets Irish Cream and Kahlúa Rum & Coffee Liqueur are both smooth and sweet tasting fancy drinks free of that sick burpy bluh of most alcoholic beverages, whatever magic Kahlúa uses to achieve this continues to work when its used 3x1 with vodka for a White Russian, good if you'd like a stronger drink. Just be sure to include the ice. These are both what I've taken to calling marbley drinks though, they may not be to the liking of people who are bothered by the cocoa & coffee spectrum of sweets.
Guest Posted December 13, 2019 Posted December 13, 2019 Blackstone Merlot. Inexpensive, but good stuff. My second glass is almost done.
