This is an amazing mod and I can't imagine playing without it!  It's so well crafted and reliable!  And the morphs are just freaking sexy!

 

I concentrated on the special clothes quests this playthrough and love in particular the see-through polka-dot "Special Bra."  Weird thing though - when I load a save, the bra is invisible, even though it's equipped.  I can make it reappear easily by creating a new save and loading that new save, an issue I've never seen before with other clothing.

 

This is a barely noticeable problem but I'm wondering if you might have some troubleshooting suggestions I might use to figure out what's causing it?

Is it still invisible if you take off your main clothing? If not, check your "under armour" settings in the ABBA MCM (armour factor page). The bra uses slot 49, if this is set to be hidden when slot 32 (main body armour) is equipped, there is your problem. Are other slot 49 items invisible? Try crafting or (adding via other means) the "ABBA Support Bra" and see if the same happens to it.

 

Normally, if a clothing item is invisible, it means that either there is a slot conflict with other worn items, or a mod is hiding it, or the base mesh isn't present in game.

The PC is wearing the thong from Dovakini Armor, which occupies slot 53.  When I unequip that, the Special Bra becomes visible.  

 

I've tried several settings in Armor Factor and Under Armor but I can't quite figure out what settings to use from your hint that "The bra uses slot 49, if this is set to be hidden when slot 32 (main body armour) is equipped, there is your problem."  Would you mind elaborating on what settings I should see in the Armor Factor and Under Armor pages to allow the bra to be seen when the PC is wearing the thong?

 

I emphasize that a save and reload corrects this problem, although it has to be corrected everytime I load a save.

Try disabling the under armour hiding all together: Set "Toggle Under Armour Hider" to false in the MCM. If that doesn't fix it, then something other than ABBA is causing the issue.

 

Does wearing the ABBA Thong (Slot 45) fix the issue? If so, just let her wear that!

Hmmm.  I've looked at every page in the MCM and don't see a setting like that.  I'm using the most recent version, 7.0.5.  Here are screenshots of the Armor Factor and Under Armor pages.

I can't equip the ABBA Thong (Slot 45), I think because it conflicts with the collar equipped by the Licenses - Player Oppression, which can't be removed without a license or a key.

 

I note that the garter from DX Fetish Fashion Vol. 2 also occupies slot 53 but the bra stays visible when I equip that, even when I save and reload.

Sorry, my bad, that's a new setting in my dev version. Using those settings with everything disabled should do much the same, though. It might be a keyword used by your thong item if other slot 53 stuff doesn't hide it

Odd that the thong has "ArmorCuirass", this is usually reserved for Slot 32 (body armor/clothing)  items. Might be that a mod is detecting this and hiding slot 49 items? Did you add any keywords to the ABBA bra usig KID?

I believe it was the ArmorCuirass keyword.  Changed that to ArmorJewelry and the bra can be seen with the thong equipped.

Just FYI  - I used KID to add AND_BraT_High, EroticArmor, Sla_BraBikini, ExposedNavel, ExposedGenitals and CoveredNipples to the Special Bra.   I use Advanced Nudity Detection and CAEKD - Clothing and Armor Exposure Keyword Distribution, in case you don't recognize some of those keywords.  The other KID added keywords are for Aroused.

Did you check if it does the same with other slot 49 items? Try the "ABBA Support Bra" for instance (with no added keywords).

Same thing happens.  The Support Bra disappears as soon as I equip the Dovakini thong.

OK so I think something is causing slot 49 items (regardless of keywords) to be hidden when wearing a slot 53 item with one of the keywords associated with the Dovakini Thong. The fact that loading a new save removes the issue would point to a KID keyword. You just have to figure out which one. Try removing all of them from the thong, if this works, add them back, one by one until the issue comes back.

I'm getting kind of weird results but it seems that the bra is visible if the thong has the AND keywords, but becomes invisible when worn with thongs that have the CAEKD or Aroused keywords.

 

I think this is an accurate conclusion but an alternative that seemed to fit when I first tested last night is that the bra is visible if there is only one KID added keyword on the thong, but is invisible if there are more than one.  This may not be a valid conclusion and doesn't seem to make a lot of sense but seemed to be the result when I was testing last night.  Haven't been able to reproduce that today so maybe it was just the result of trying to test when tired.  By the way, the same thing seems to happen if I add the same keywords to your Special Kinky Thong, which I converted to Slot 53 so that it works with the PC's outfit.

 

The bottom line though is that I need the keywords, especially the CAEKD (otherwise labia piercings clip through the thong).  So I'm just going to live with having to reload a save to get everything working right.   I believe that the glitch also gets fixed if I sleep so that makes it even more trivial.

So excuse me so not getting this, but it's not entirely obvious: Am I meant to be using the abba body as my bodyslide body with zero sliders for everything or just the Abba group?

It's just there as a reference, you can either use it or the body type you have installed (CBBE/3BA/BHUNP) as the base naked body. As long as you build all your armour with bodyslide and tick "build morphs" they should work fine with ABBA.  Make sure you choose the correct slider profile for your body type in the ABBA MCM main page.

Really nice mod! And i almost read everything here but! I just want to ask! I m using o body! I also dont have fnis? I m using pandora! Is this mod still gonna work?  Sorry if this question is already been answered but i just could not find it. I m using 3ba body!  Thanks in advanced!

Not sure about OBody - there may be some conflicts, but using pandora instead of fnis won't affect this mod.

HI.  I have this mod installed and it is enabled. No book showed up in inventory and talking to the statue outside of Whiterun does nothing. The statue just keeps asking me what I want. Is there something I'm missing?
