Â The shout does go off and I get the visuals on affected NPCs, so it is working in general, but I don't get the "you orgasm" message and my arousal doesn't go down. Â All these years I figured it'd be Thunderchild or maybe a Vokrii interaction, one of those spell scaling effects. Today I had the brilliant idea to say player.resurrect (which gets rid of all of those) and try again and it still doesn't work. Zero effects on me according to the overview in skyui. Â The logs show that OSLAroused is getting the modmessage to add arousal to Serana (my test target), and when I killed a dragon earlier the arousal change by SLEN also worked. So it's not OSLAroused. Â I tried reading the scripts but didn't get anywhere. I found Function Orgasm which can call ProcessMessage on plorg which is apparently supposed to display the message that I had an orgasm. Could it be that the numbering changed because I added a mod and now MyShout is wrong? No, that looks good in sqv. What the hell is going on here!? Â There must be a way to debug this shit?! I had a weird issue a while back with sexlab, a lot of its features including organism was not working right, I was unable to use the hot key "n" to move the scene along, it would not advance at all, so I figured what the hell I will run fnis, and it fixed ever issue I had with all the sex mods I use. So try running fnis or what ever you use, see if it will fix the issue, if you don't use fnis or nemesis, then I am at a loss, some times just reinstalling the mod fixes a lot of issues as well. Â

Then it stops working after something happens that I have not isolated yet.

Then it stops working after something happens that I have not isolated yet. yeah, that I am not sure about, however, that's whet sexlabs did to was working fine then after a little while of play it brakes. if you do use fnis, give it a try may actually fix it unless you already tried it, I know I had a few broken mods, just by removing them doing a fresh save then let them install again may fix it, but be warned I did that with ineeds and it totally broke on that play through had to start a new play through and it worked fine after that. Had nmm deactivate everything and just reactivated all my mod and about 10% didn't work right. The only other thing I can think of is there is a mod braking abba

Â I found the exact moment the shout stops working. When I ask Serana to turn me into a vampire. I have a save before that. The shout works. I get turned. The shout stops reducing my arousal. Â I'm getting flashbacks here to Skyrim Paraglider which has an effect added to remove fall damage when you glide, and that effect also mysteriously stops working once you become a vampire. I don't think they ever found a solution or root cause either. Â Any requests on what to try to debug this? Â It would help if anyone could explain to me how the arousal loss is supposed to work when you do the shout.

I will shout once, then turn vampire, then shout again.  BTW I found out that the problem is "self-correcting". If you load a save, the shout comes back. But it goes again once you change race again, which includes I think becoming a vampire lord or a werewolf.  Here's the result of the trial:  [08/12/2024 - 11:41:23AM] ABBA Info: BeginCastVoice event detected  Yeah. Only once. Before becoming a vampire.  Interestingly multiple mods are able to detect the race change, so that still works. Maybe you could re-install the BeginCastVoice handler when you detect a race change?

ABBA listens for the "BeginCastVoice" animation event, then sends a modevent to Aroused (OSL, SLAR etc) and player arousal is reduced. I did some testing and sure enough, after I switched race, the event wasn't detected any more. Â I've modified a script so that it re-registers for this event on PC race change. Overwrite abba with the attached patch and let me know how you get on. Â Note that this event gets registered every time you load the game, so your issue should only have happened immediately after changing race and not after saving and restarting the game. Hopefully this patch will fix it, but if your issue persisted between play sessions, then I'm not sure if it will. Â Edit: Just read your reply, that makes sense now. This patch should be all it needs. I hope you haven't pulled out all your hair over this! Edit: Attachment removed, this is now part of ABBA as of 7.0.5 Edited August 12, 2024 by Yinkle

I am having a bit of trouble with the effects being instantly visible, so I am wondering if this is a known issue or a known workaround as it has been driving me nuts I have tried this with both an older version ABBA (before the dynamic armor mod was required) and the latest version of ABBA (post-dynamic armor being required) and also with ABBA lite. I have tried it both with SILF activated, and SILF deactivated. The results are similar. Everything behind the scenes seems to work as it should: Messages go out when they should, the morph values, (values inspected in SILF MCM UI) are the right ones, per the arousal of the moment, just that morph changes on the model itself are not update in real-time, not until I change an armor ( any armor change, works, I just need to toggle armor, any armor, on and off, for the changes to update) .  Except in one instance, where for a single glorious moment it did work, that has since failed to replicate, there is no way for me to get the adjustment to reflect on the modeling real-time. Even on the save where it did work, it worked for just one session, after existing Skyrim entering it again, and loading the working save, it didn't work in real-time ever again. What should I be looking at? Does anyone have any context, as to what typical mods could block ABBA updates (either direct or via SILF) in real-time, and force it to wait for an armor change when it does update correctly? Would it be useful for abba to have an option to do a hacky "invisible" armor on/off or some form of brute force update, to force the updates to register ? There was a racemenu .dll replacement mod on the nexus that fixed this, but it's since been removed for some reason. Sadly, I don't know why! Please let's us choices to install just ABBA plain, or a choice to turn quest off in MCM or something merci, thank you
