Conversions for UNPB with BBP

I'm having issues with Mandu's armor on 1st person view. Whenever I walk or run with the armor equiped, it clips throught the HUD.

the armor is really beautiful, but I cannot play it if will be blocking my view.

 

I don't know if I am the only one with this problem.

It has been reported by one more person. I tried but couldn't reproduce the issue. It sounds like a skeleton problem. Do you have it tweaked for any reason (Joy of View or similar)? Somebody said that replacing the female 1st person meshes with the male ones could solve the issue. Please try that and tell me how it goes.

 

I'm only using the XP32.

I'll try to use the default skeleton, the male view mesh, and disabling the 360 walk and run.

Try ECE. I'm using an old version (ECE v0.83 + Pretty face). I would upgrade to a newer version but some face parts reset its position and I didn't want to spend time fixing that.

I'm back, I swaped the 1st person meshes of the male Mandu armor with the female ones.

It solved all the cliping while on 1st.

That would be nice as well. It works with UNP, but it has legs/hands clipping with UNPB, doesn't support BBP and has issues when equipped with some different boots (and its own boots suck IMHO).

I got a small issue however, got 2 followers wearing skull+rogue armor and the game usually freezes when i enter somewhere (i can move around for 1-2 seconds fine, but as soon as the 2 followers would appear in the same cell, bang freeze). Not sure why the game cant handle this tho. Just wondering if any1 had similar issues.

I'm starting to convert some armors to 7B but man this is really hard .

been following this tutorials from Nightasy but still even after all work is done in game i still get some issues.

 

Do you have some other source material so i can use to learn some more?

 

Other thing is the manual soft select the best approach? Man is so manual .

Some armors are really hard to get close to the skin in a uniform/homogeneous way.

 

I'm using 3ds 2012 as a student.

I have nothing better than Nightasy. You'll learn new stuff if you re watch them.

Yep it's manual. If you are close to the skin maybe you need to lower the soft selection strenght. Try the scale tool, or the pull or relax modifiers. I basically use move and scale, rotate tool also a few. But I am no expert, I'm sure there must be better ways. Google is your friend.

Thanks again for the beautiful work, and for pointing me towards the daggers. Not enough people are making dagger mods for Skyrim. I've been trying my hand at them, but ALAS! i am lost in 3dsmax and maya, i'm used to Inventor Fusion, Solid Works and CATIA.

This might sound odd, but for a newcomer or a reinstall, this is a LOT of downloads. What with the compilation esp, maybe we could get a compilation mod file? >.>

I thought of it at some point, I have a nice BSA with all the files. But it's too big to manage or update (1.5GB). Maybe over time

 

 

I can find some of these outfits in game, but not others.  Are all of them craftable or do you have to purchase some?

 

Just to be more specific: the armors/outfits I can't seem to find in the craft menu: Daedric and Dragonscale Chainmail (Didn't see an .esp in the download so I don't know if that's a problem), Leather Thief Armor, Protective Latex Catsuit, and the Schoolgirl outfit.

 

I've tried using the help function in the console command, but come up empty.

 

Any help would be appreciated.  Or, if someone could give me the item codes for those outfits it would be great.  Thanks.

Daedric and Dragonscale Chainmail are replacers, you need to craft the vanilla daedric or dragonscale armors to get them. The other: help plcs, help school or schoolgirl, help thief and use pageUp key to scroll through the list or results. Or use Wrye Bash to get the item codes

 

 

I have a problem with pantyhose plugin. When i go to race menu, folders, where clothes should be are empty. Do you know any solution?
