tualmaril Posted June 28, 2018 Posted June 28, 2018 This is the third post im placing here and because nobody is willing to help me. My skyrim crashes after the Bethesda log despite me tying everything sugested (literaly have tried everything). All I have is that my papyrus log gives all these errors. Can some wizard come and help me please. Tell me if you need anything else. Papyrus.0.log . Or if nobody can help atleast guide me to someone who can.
Mister X Posted June 28, 2018 Posted June 28, 2018 Missing file suggests that you just forgot a required master for a mod. Do you use any mod manager for installing? MO for example shows missing masters.

Yet as you said the papyrus says things are missing.

If not you may need to run the steam game validation tool, probably first check health of hdd/ssd drive that skyrim is installed to.  Â

I would suggest eliminating all your mods except perhaps the 10-12 you can't live without. Then manually go through each one and VERIFY that you have downloaded the most recent version of all those mods and their requirements. Then run LOOT to get the order right. Then try to start up again. If it works, and it probably will, try to add the other mods you want back 6-8 at a time. Sooner or later you will find the culprit whose requirement was overlooked.

Then I reinstalled everything but with NMM same log file same crash. Everytime I reinstalled the game.

Thank you will try. It's just I did a fresh reinstall downloading the mods from their respective sites. Didnt use some backup or anything like that. Latest version from the nexus and LL.

Didnt use some backup or anything like that. Latest version from the nexus and LL. Â Good start. Now minimize the number of mods and see if it doesn't work. When it does add them back a few at a time and you'll find the one with the missing or odd requirement. Sometimes the mods are simply incompatible. For instance Captured Dreams requires DD3 and PAHE (the newest version) requires DD4.1. So you may think that you have it covered when you actually don't. (At least, that is my personal experience).
Uncle64 Posted June 29, 2018 Posted June 29, 2018 If you have MO you need to be sure that your left side is correct, in your papyrus log you have several other issues that indicate that you are missing stuff, like ZAZ and other mods. Â You dont need to download the mods again, you should already have them in MO download folder. Reinstall them instead. Â You cant continue on one old save, if you add this line in your SKSE.ini file you can get information if you are missing mods. [General] ClearInvalidRegistrations=1 EnableDiagnostics=1 Â Do Skyrim start if you start it from inside Steam and not SKSE/MO?

I can't even start the game I just get to the bethesda logo and get dumped to the loading screen.
GenioMaestro Posted June 29, 2018 Posted June 29, 2018 A simple question... can you play vanilla skyrim??? whitout any mod??? others games go good? If not, can be a problem in BASE game.. or driver.. directx... If others game go but can't play vanilla, start from cero... delete your skyrim folder and re-install the game in a empty folder.

I can play the base game and it seems to run with skse as well. But after I'm done moding it it crashes. It doesnt crash cosw something is missing I've checked in everyway possible. Even reinstalls. Complete redownload and everything else I've found on the internet. Followed the STEPS guide too. My skse crash log is full of crash dumps but i dont know how to read them. And I get that Papyrus log with crashes that says I'm missing major files from the game. And I'm not cos I reinstalled the game 10 times now.
Uncle64 Posted June 29, 2018 Posted June 29, 2018 If cant get pass Beth logo you are probably missing one master do think MO should have told you that to. Try this nice guide on Steam. It have all information you ever need about the problem. Â https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=375836621

GenioMaestro Posted June 29, 2018 Posted June 29, 2018 The only motive for have your problem is Windows UAC.... imo, of course...  You can play skyrim vanilla, then base game, hardware, drivers, directx are correct. But when you install mod's with MO they go to a virtual directory based in the profile of MO. The two directories, base skyrim + MO mods, must join in only one virtual directory. If the game and the logs say that faulting files, then must be because can't access it, and must be for file access rights.  But you say tried with Nexus mod manager, and NMM not have virtual directory. I not understand what you make exactly with NMM, because NMM can't access the virtual directory of MO. Maybe you have installed NMM inside MO?? 22 hours ago, tualmaril said: I have tried MO TES5 NMM and LOOT Everyone says that nothing is missing. Yet as you said the papyrus says things are missing. I think you can't use NMM and MO at the same time, because NMM put the mod files directly to the real skyrim directory and MO need a clean vanilla skyrim for work. Maybe you have mix it?
crplivion Posted June 29, 2018 Posted June 29, 2018 i meant that i download mods to desktop,so i always have them.i dont like to have manager download and install

Don't download to the desktop as it will just bloat your user profile and cause longer boot times.. Set up a folder, named 'Skyrim Mods' or whatever on one of your drives if you wish to keep the archives after installing..
crplivion Posted June 29, 2018 Posted June 29, 2018 good to know.didnt know user profile is linked to desktop folder location.i usualy port folder to diferent drive every month or two than make new download folder on desktop.but again didnt know destop linked to user profile.
