Hello, nice mod but i have little question: is there a twerk dance ?

There are other mods with those tho.
ATM there is not but if we a chance to add dances there are four that we might be able to add, to my knowledge.

your said: (create your clone as dancer) . I got it, but after Dance how can i remove my clone ( i means disable or delete clone). Im trying using spell again but its just spam another clone.

Each spell has 2 effects. Add or dismiss.

With the clone spell, the clone should be deleted again.
With the Chosse Dancer spell, the clone can also be deleted. Normal dancers are only released from the dance list.

In MCM the dance list can be completely emptied with "Disband". If a clone was included, it will be deleted.

Sadly both of them are in a certain pack that was banned from here. Anyways I'll DM the files to you.

Thank you!  I have been hoping someone would make an updated/more robust version of this.  In the old one I kept forgetting which song I had replaced with which which was a huge pain to have to play each one to find it.  Plus you have a lot of the newest mmd stuff which is cool!

Edit: I noticed one of the songs had the wrong timing: there's a 2 second pause in the animation but no pause in the audio.  Thought I would help out so I fixed it for you!

The dance duration is set to the music length.
Plus 1-2 seconds of safety buffer.

These 1-2 seconds are meant for, if the animation duration and music length are not exactly the same.
It is a compromise for these cases.

I found it better than just a hard cut - and you never know if there will not be a updated / fixed version for these animations. ;)

Where the duration is set in the mod, is in the tutorial.
With the tutorial I start tomorrow - I think the mod is reasonably okay so far.

If I had started with the tutorial first and afterwards a patch for the
mod would be the self-added dances of the people away ...

Great works, we need somebody like you to do this kind of mod. For the edition od addind dance is connected with script, people don't konw too much is hard to do this.

And thank you once more.

Thank you for the comment and everyone else for your comments, criticisms and suggestions.
I think the mod is reasonably okay and right now i writing the tutorial.
Should be ready this evening (German time).

I hope it is understandable - despite massive use of Google english.

Although Google has no problem with English, but with German. ;)

Let's dance again

Description
Let's dance again is a dance mod for Skyrim.
Useless but very fun. ;)

Based on the Mod Dance Toghether. Do not worry, it's not a copy, it's completely rebuilt.
Let's dance again is standalone, means it is compatible with DanceTogether - see note.
Both mods can therefore be used simultaneously.

Why did I create the mod?
Because I was tired of replacing the animations and music in Dance Together.
RealClone is a bad boy - he has done too many dances. ;)

I will not make videos of the dances.
On the YouTube channel of RealClone you can find the new dances. Almost all are included.

If a dance is missing, I probably did not see it - or it was not good for my ears.
I also have to test and 5.3 hours are a long time ... and my ears have to endure that.

This "dance" is not included.

1. Because it is not really a "dance"
2. Because I want to use it for the tutorial. From A-Z

Yes I write a tutorial on how to add dances etc.

For this I take this "dance".

Tutorial is coming soon.

Tutorial is done

Features
- 96 dances with 5.3 hours music are included
- support for max. 256 animations/dances (could be increased without much effort)
- support for max. 12 dancer inclusive the player
- create your clone as dancer (with our outfit) - see note 2
- 3 formation lists for customize + default formation (as backup)
- remove weapons, arrows, shields and torches if you wish
- define your hotkeys for volume, dance cancel or free cam (is used during the dance!)
- compatible with Dance Together (see note)
- support for expressions, free cam, 8 animated cameras (see note), toggle AI, Menu, Mod notifiaction and collision
- of course Google English ??

Install (manual)

Unpack the Archiv. It's a 7-zip file.

Copy all folders and files in Data of the Mod to your Skyrim\Data directory.
See note!

Run FNIS for User
Start the Skyrim launcher and open Data files.
Scroll down and check, if the Let's dance again.esp is activated.
Close the Data files and Skyrim Launcher and Start Skyrim with the SKSE Lauchner.

In game (not main menu) wait for a message like " MCM registerd 1 new Mod"
Open the MCM of Let's dance again and enable the Mod. All Spells now available.
Have fun...

Uninstall (manual)
In game open the MCM of Let's dance again and disable the Mod.
Save and close the Game.
Deactivate the Let's dance again.esp in Data files (skyrim launcher)
Delete all folders and files installed by the mod.
Run FNIS for User.

Note:

If you already use DanceTogether AND have special camera animations installed,
then do not install the following folder and the files contained in the folder:

Meshes\actors\character\ _1stperson

This is unfortunately a shared resource.

Note 2:

If you have a HDT hairstyle, the clone will not be displayed.
Reason - NPC's do not support HDT hairstyles!
Wigs, clothes etc. are no problems. If so - the problem is in the HDT XML. No matter if SMP or PE

Will not work.
First, some dances have a limited number of dancers. This is the number in brackets in the music title.
Therefore, it is not unimportant to see how many dancers you max. should choose.

Second, there are two music lists. You can switch the lists in the MCM.

Hint: If you open the music list with E or Enter and scroll with W and S, you are very fast at the next or previous dance.
Using mouse click and scroll is slow and annoying - I know. ;)

Thanks for your great works.

I wish you can add last and next dance Shortcut button too  XD .

I see your hint . Can you add a  " open the music list " Shortcut button  ?

(I don't seem to find that I can set  the " open the music list " Shortcut button ^^")

I do not know if I understood the question / post correctly, so two screenshoots.
There are two separate music lists. With a click you can switch it.
For all relevant things in MCM I made tooltips. At the bottom of the MCM page.

Switch the Music list.

Music List 1

musiclist1.thumb.jpg.c3a4528d18e15faf5327fb70107630d7.jpg

Music List 2

musiclist2.thumb.jpg.f6d7873484009dd6649f59c8e936fe0a.jpg

Below the music list is a list with all available titles.
Just mouse over, press enter and use W and S to navigate quickly - from the last selected song.
There will not be a shortcut hotkey in MCM.

Maybe a queue for up to 5 songs or so imaginable, and then successively play all 5 songs.

But that too is a difficult decision.
There must always be a compromise - meaningful and important feature vs. effort, additional programming, thus new error potentials and deterioration of the usability.

And this feauture only has the weighting of "nice to have".

But I keep it in mind. ;)
My own ToDo I have not implemented and if I (after more than 6000 hours CK) at some point again feel like modding, I'll do my stuff aund then possibly hot keys for next dance, previous dance.

However, the mod is open and freely available to everyone - so anyone can make what they want from it. Just do not sell like holtof

Glad to see the tutorial comes out.

Expecting these for years.

For ADDING but not REPLACING.

With great respect and honor to you, my friend.

With the tutorial, I finally know how to add hkx in ck and how the hkx and music are link together and how to add the music name in script.

With a small question, when start dance, the players z position is a little higer than other dancer, use to occer in the old dance together version, in that the start dance was actived by a one hand magic, when in shake it, use shout magic to start the dance, this will not happen. In our version, we also use the shout magic, but still cause this little problem, hope we can research it, and solve it.

"Replace" is not described. I thought it would be obvious to anyone if you know the logical connections.
Should I additionally write something for "Replace"?

I know that the player has a higher start position in some dances.

But it only happens with some newer dances and always with the same ones.

The way a spell cast does not change the player position.
Spell cast with left or right hand means:

If there is a follower in the dancers list, the follwer goes into battle position as soon as you cast the spell.
As shout there is not this problem.

I suspect the higher player position has its reason in the animations themselves.

Possibly the collision ground mesh was imported during the conversion???
Clone real makes mainly SMP stuff.

To fix:
Turning on the free cam fixes the problem. Free cam can be deactivated afterwards.
