Hi everyone I'm stuck on a the quest 'bring slavery to markarth' as I need a slave to demonstrate the training method.
How can I get a slave to follow me ?

Long time since i've played this now but when your playing as as Slaver Pike usually gives you a slave for quest, if they haven't you could try making a female follower into one - they will have a dialogue option to enslave them while in white run

If you already have a slave  (follower), it may happen that their waypoint is reset and they go home. If this is the case, just talk to them: ey slave follow me (not the vanilla follower dialog) - that should fix it.

At the time I haven't any follower so I tried with one (from a mod) and made her a slave but it's not working I'll try with a vanilla one when I get the time.

I can't make it work in LE, as soon as you open the game it says it hasn't started, and it stays in T pose even when creating the character, it appears in the MMC, I installed the files:

Devious Devices LE 5.2.7

LE and SE are different games.

Having an issue where it says error wrong usage of Devious Integration, and then says that Slaverun Reloaded did not start. I do have Slaverun Version Fix for DD but it didn't work.

I know this is an old janky mod, but I'm trying it again for the first time in years with the updated Enforcer and a pre-patched version of the mod.

 

I simply cannot get the mod to recognize slave followers.  I have one with me:  I recruited an Immersive Wench, then enslaved her.  She shows as being enslaved in the MCM.  But as a slaver none of the dialogue will recognize her as being present and ready for abuse, blocking progress in the Slaver (Female) quests.  I got as far as Markarth by just volunteering myself, but Markarth has no such option.  How can I proceed?  Better yet, how can I fix the issue?

I'm at the point in the quest where after being enslaved and meeting Diamond, I have to run back to Dragonsreach to talk with Slavemaster Pike.  But before I do, I'm put into a full set of bondage equipment, including a gag.  This means I can't talk with him.

 

Is there a way around this?  A mod that lets me talk, or a way to force the gag out?

yes, check the Slaverun MCM and it's (I think either in cheats or problems section) but there's a page you can remove any specific item (or add if you wish).

Oh thank god.  The column on the right can remove devices.  But, it's only for a selected character.  How do I select myself?

Also, how are you *supposed* to get through this?  The quest log specifically states to see what this guy wants, so being gagged by him is forced.  And then you're supposed to talk with Slavemaster Pike.  I don't feel like I'm doing something wrong here.

You might have had the cross hairs on another NPC when you went into the menu, but pretty much it should be equiping/un-equiping on you directly.,

 

As to the Gagged issue you could try

a) Just talking again straight away to the NPC .. sometimes this prevents the "you know you can't talk" dialogue and just goes through the I understand what you say

b) Just remove it using the MCM as per above.

c) If it's really annoying you then within the Devious Devices menu there's a clear all DD devices .. which removes everything but might affect gameplay. 

 

I believe the issue with the quest isn't SlaveRun's issue but the fact that Devious Devices has had additional upgrades/improvements since then and the implications of being gagged is more intrusive .. which some people like and some people don't.

I have gone through the questline up to basic training without DDE5 fixes, I would like to know at what points of the quests do devices get added and which devices get added?
When free and ask slave master for devices it stops after arm/leg cuffs on the previous DD4+ fix.  

 

EDIT: I found the issue but I do not know how to fix it.

[Zad-NG]: No devices found with tags, falling back to random device

 

It looks like when it gets to boots it cant find them, and therefore cant progress any device equips, I thought it was the piercings, but no. 
I'm not sure why.
I think UD had a setting that let you ping the old devices, and that was my work around previously but on DD5 I do not use UD.

I'm facing the same exact problem. Manually initiating sex shows that animations are registered properly. Come to think of it, the first slave evaluation scene didn't initiate properly as well.

This mod can be too much at times some quests are really enjoyable some are too much. Is it possible to make a more light storyline using the same assets and characters but with much less harsh storyline kind of like a slaverun light or something along those lines. If need be I can write the story and script myself.

Could also add some comments or interactions with Pike, Bellamy, etc, based on slavery outcome instead after the main quest so the immersion doesnt get ruined after the main quest also depending on the path PC chose. Kind of like PW comments or SLSF comments with option to remove/add harsh comments and interactions. After all if you survived you are their favorite lil toy so the game should be reflected that way and if you chose bad ending you get no interactions. Could be like an addon like the enforcer. Would need to speak to the author of enforcer standalone in that case.

I'm now after the training and enslaved Riverwood and Falkreath. I'm getting quite frustrated with the mod atm and feel really demotivated from continuing. It feels like this mod takes Skyrim gameplay and role-play completely out of the game. It feels more like a VN with no choice and constantly running between the hobo tent in front of the gate and the different slave masters in the keep to make up for time. Your MC is set in stone as this weak, naive and sexually inexperienced girl. Turned into a devoted fuck slut through painful training with any choices only affecting your inner disposition, nothing else up to this point. No combat, no quests you can solve in creative ways. Just pure misery and sex scenes and dialogue so depressing you can't even fap to. Even though the MC is a pure slut by now and enjoys everything done to her.

My question would be does this become better at some point or does this continue this railroaded way with no choice? Is the slaver path more interesting with some variety or exactly the same minus the rape, training and punishment for the MC?

I found the concept of slavery coming back to Skyrim and you making others fall into slavery being a sadistic slave master furthering the cause or even becoming a slave through bad luck or your own nasty desires in an immersive way extremely compelling.

But found the execution making me feel empty. In a ludonarrative Harmony kind of way it is probably the most realistic representation of slavery on this site pure mundane misery, where even getting gang raped makes you only go meh, with no light at the end of the tunnel. But also a reality you have to come to terms with slavery, as it was a constant throughout most of human history.
