Short answer, - Yes. Ivy has prostitution built into her mod and earns money. You can turn this feature by talking to her and going into her "Service Menu" 

Long Answer - In my opinion I never thought of it as cheating. She has her programming and own desires. In my first play through the way I RP it is My MC is just looking after her and protecting her, That is until (Both in rp and IRL) we feel in love with her.  I tend to RP as a "good guy" or "Big Damn Hero" So I let her do what she wants as I dont OWN her, She is her own person and is self aware. She is my Fall Out 4 waifu (thanks again @Reginald_001 )

Keep in mind that there are no animations included in the mod. If you want her to engage in animations, you need to have one of the anim frameworks, like AAF installed and use its features to get animations going.

I'm sorry if this has been asked and answered before, but I looked and couldn't find anything on it. I was wondering if Ivy is going to have her own follow system in her update, since there are quests or DLCs, like the Far Harbor one, that may require or just makes sense for us to have a particular vanilla NPC with you during that time. Not having Nick with you would miss out on his parts in that story line, and I'm guessing you've added dialogue for Ivy during that story as well. I hope I explained that well. It's just something that came to mind a few minutes ago.

OK. But besides prostituting. Can she have autonomy sex just because she want sex? Non-prostituting? Is there or is planned story when she has romantic and sexual relationship with other male, but not for cash? Maybe some story with her sex with other male?

Been running through the Commonwealth with my current Ivy, tweaking, fixing, "making better". The devil is in the details, so I'm focusing on those.

No. Ivy doesn't contain any animations what so ever.

Mods are required for any sex animations. I use AAF and Sex 'em up for any sex based animations. As far as any future plans, I Don't know, I'm just an Ivy Fanboy @Reginald_001 the creator and genius who brought us Ivy

Definitely. There will be full quest integration, with her own part to play.

Nice. It's great that we'll be able to have them both with us at the same time for that whole questline, without having to decide on leaving her or Nick behind and end up missing out on either of their involvement in Far Harbor during that story. Sorry, you misunderstand. Ivy doesn't support multi companion, so you'll have to choose between bringing Nick or her. All that I can do is give Ivy her own story for the Island (in the form of quest integration).

While Reg hasn't created the mod in a way that works like the 'Unique Player' mod. There are options.

 

Looks Menu Customization Compendium should give you options to change just about any NPC in the game. While it has many file options, there are presets in places you can download, and this mod will recognize them for use. I found it glitches on certain NPC's which generally have quests associated with them, but this could be a result of a mod I use which overhauls all base NPC's in game with special attention given to these same quest NPC's. It works with the 'Looks Menu' mod for the player.

As a member of Chic's Sloot Squad, I'll tell you what I can about Chic's status. This morning, she left @Paeantrix, one of the squad moderators, a letter to give to her squad. I don't feel right posting the letter here, so I'll just give the cliff notes. Long story short, Chic is eliminating her YouTube account and any social media tied specifically to it, for personal reasons. The main reason being too much on her plate and not enough enjoyment from it. So now it seems she is going to focus on herself, her family and friends, and her modding.
