Popular Post Reginald_001 Posted June 1, 2018 Popular Post Posted June 1, 2018 Meet FULLY VOICED Insane Ivy 4.0! View File ! She is SURPRISINGLY DEEP AND INTENSE with a dark and intricate backstory which unfolds as Ivy's affinity for you rises. You can literally talk to her for hours on end and never hear a repeated sentence! She's a strong, tough, capable young woman, but for you her knees turn weak. New! @urbanoantigo has been kind enough to make a Portugese-Brazilian translation available as separate download. Installation instructions: - First install the Base 7z file - Install your voice of choice (robot / human) - Now download the translation 7z file and unzip into your Fallout4 directory, overwrite any target files. - Warning: File has been tested, but by a select audience. Please report any bugs (in english as I don't speak pt-BR myself). IVY COMPANION VERSION 4.0 RELEASEDThe most COMPLETE version of Ivy yet! Now voiced by a REAL voice actress! IF YOU HAVE 3.2 Installed..But don't you want to hear ALL of Chic's lines? But don't you want to hear ALL of Chic's lines? But don't you want to hear ALL of Chic's lines? Instigated by @Flashy (JoeR) all 4456 are now voiced (in awesome style) by @Chic Geek As the copyright status of songs recorded prior to 1978 is very hard to ascertain, for legal certainty, all music in W.I.V.S. radio was filled with music licensed under the Creative Commons license, music credits follow in the credits section. NEW IN 3.2: REQUIRES A CLEAN SAVE OR CLEAN GAME --> CHECK FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON CLEANING YOUR SAVE GAME BELOW. ! IF YOU HAVE 3.0 INSTALLED AND ARE USING THE IVYHAIRADDON PLUGIN REINSTALL THAT AS WELL WITH THIS VERSION ! Over 1500 new lines of dialogue were added since v3.1 If you sit next to Ivy on the couch, or close to Ivy on another couch, her 'sitting' chatter routines kick off. Two independent chatter dialogue groups designed specifically for 'just sitting there' with Ivy. The 1st group is 'safe for work', the 2nd group is all very nasty and erotic stuff, depending on your profanity filters.(WARNING: Currently, Ivy cannot distinguish between furniture, assigning her to any type of furniture, e.g. workbench, armor bench, the different types of 'diabolic' device stuff that you can download here will be a 'seat' to her. This can lead to her dialogue sometimes being strange, e.g. it's weird to say that's likes sitting with you, when she's working on a water pump.. I am working on a solution for this). Profanity filters are now nearly complete, only very sporadically will some lines leak through. Ivy is COMPLETELY SAFE TO REVIEW ON YOUTUBE if you turn the PROFANITY FILTER ON. The radiant quests for mutfruit etc.. now show the correct quest objectives New radios were added: A castle type speaker you can place in settlements, and a softer variant of the regular radio that was available in the earlier versions. 14 new tracks were added to the radio, which now totals 39 tracks. A 'random erotic story' generator quest was added to Ivy, all of her erotic thoughts and stories have been moved to this scene. This means that if you want Ivy to talk dirty, or if you want to hear a pornographic/erotic story, you'll need to access her 'flirt' menu. The Archive now solely hosts stories about Ivy's past and King Pelican. Ivy's background is now locked inside her archive memory, until that time where her affinity has raised for you. The more you talk to her, the more of her memory archive becomes available. Many lines were debugged, typos fixed, some re-recorded. Many new quests were integrated into Ivy. Should you decide on a new playthrough, she will make it worth your while! Ivy now asks you all sorts of questions! The entire 'your thoughts' and 'memory archive' have been moved to their own scenes to allow for a more complex approach. Dialogue branches now are finished with random quotes like 'I feel really strongly about that', or 'Do you agree?'. Any question now ends in a response for the player (basic yes/no/I'll think about it/cancel dialogue). 'Lead ups' to questions are now completely random. So there's about 30 openings 'Hey can I ask you something', or 'May I ask you a question'.. This is followed by another random set of around 30 lines in the line of, 'It's purely hypothetical, but..', or 'And I wouldn't ask anyone else this question', or 'And maybe it's just stupid.. but here goes', etc..etc.. after which another 90 new 'question' lines come up in which Ivy asks you a range of questions. Most of the original 'your thoughts' that were actually questions now end in the 'player response' scene, so that the player can respond to those as well. The radio now does not start until the player has emerged from the Vault. I've been debugging some scenes and quest integration, more quest integration is implemented.. also in the very beginning of the game. There's some 'gold' stuff in the museum of Freedom, some nasty and funny stuff going on when Sturges asks you to get clean water.. 'Yeah I have some clean water for you, Sturges.. etc..'. Ivy is now more aware of what the player does. When you pick up flowers or fruit, she will comment. When you pick up mirelurk eggs, she'll comment. She now also consistently comments on skill book pickups. The small 'radiant' jet/mutfruit/gum/sugar bombs quests now have the correct quest objectives displayed AND can also be finished by going into the 'trade' menu. 'Ivy's Pussy Juice' has been added, just a perk/skill food item you get every now and then, the profanity filter must be turned OFF for this feature to work, you can choose to take the name 'literally' or not, but it's not meant that way... or is it.. I'm confused.. MUCH MORE on the Pelican King has been added in the memory archive, and when you 'sit' with Ivy. I had forgotten/missed up to this point to also export the generated facemorphs for Ivy. These will be included in the next release, so Ivy can/should look exactly as she does for me. NEW IN 3.1: REQUIRES A CLEAN SAVE OR CLEAN GAME --> CHECK FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON CLEANING YOUR SAVE GAME BELOW. ! IF YOU HAVE 3.0 INSTALLED AND ARE USING THE IVYHAIRADDON PLUGIN REINSTALL THAT AS WELL WITH THIS VERSION ! Now boasting over 3251 Lines of Unique dialogue NO MORE DEPENDENCIES ON SANCTUARY MODS --- SANCTUARY AND SCRAP MODS NO LONGER AFFECT IVY 100 'Your thoughts?' dialogue lines added More affinity lines after the 'how do you feel about us?' question. New backstories and erotic stories added to the Memory Archive New debug features added in the NX2C controller Holotape Teleporting Ivy now takes 1 second instead of 5, making it a tactical gameplay option (place her somewhere to distract enemies, then teleport her to you to entrap them) Over 10 different load screens added with lore/tips/tricks Ivy no longer takes falling damage Added dozens of idles regarding player activity (e.g. looting corpses, picking up junk etc..) Fixed minor bugs in Preston Garvey dialogue together with Ivy Radiant Quests 'Bad Customer' now runs Added a new extra profanity filter to filter out any scat/pee/blood lines Added hundreds of locational and situational commentary lines for Ivy More Quest integration (e.g. more quests where Ivy takes an active part in dialogue) For more quest integration features and an example video check out:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CkzBkrX7yoA When Ivy asks for fruit, gum or Jet, a mini quest appears in your misc. quest tabs, small XP reward is received for giving the object Cleaned out any accidentally changed objects and refs during editing with the CK using FO4, making this the 'cleanest' build so far, taking away theoretical conflicts with other mods. Debugged some topic scripts where Ivy gives items to the player (e.g. she says 'when was the last time you ate?' and she gives you a radstag steak... Features: A deep and intricate back story, explained through the dialogue in Ivy's Service Menu Unique Dialogue for every interior cell in the game and many outdoor locations Unique Dialogue integration into existing quests, even quests where normal companions do not take part A unique radio channel with which Ivy recruits new customers to make 'an honest living' A Holotape with which you can control Ivy's advanced features, or start Radiant Quests Control Ivy's Combat Style (Until the next fight) Control Ivy's Following Distance (Until the next scene) Control Ivy's Recruitment Status Teleport Ivy to your location (Immersion breaker) > Advanced routines to reset Ivy's companion quests and other debug functions to make life easier (instant dismiss/recruit) Extremely sexy dialogue, which can be filtered through a profanity filter (Talk to Ivy > Service Menu > Sexual Preferences) Ivy earns her money as high class prostitute. If you allow her to do her job (you can forbid her to prostitute herself) then she will share in the profits, give you radiant quests and will share unique stories and dialogue regarding her customers Ivy has many unique encounters in the game, based on locations or NPC's. Some of these encounters will further explain her backstory Quests are being designed to further deepen her backstory, some remnants of these may be included in the 3.0 release, but none of these are active at this point in time. Do not read if you do not want to be spoiled. Spoiler Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE should you teleport Ivy into one of the test cells. This will cause her to become sentient and aware of her surroundings as virtual character. I don't know where this dialogue came from. It's unique, she created it herself. I tried to take it out but it doesn't work. Just don't COC into one of the test chambers and teleport her in, is all I can say. Warning & Legal Spoiler Permission is not given to recompile, alter and/or redistribute any of the assets contained within the companion Ivy mod for Fallout 4, including, but not limited to the voice and lip files. Permission is not granted to host this distribution on any other website than Lover's Lab. This custom companion incorporates a lot of dialogue which can be considered of a mature subject matter. Aside from the erotic dialogue which has been included, there are many mature themes of a psychological nature that can be considered shocking. These include themes of religion, artificial consciousness, madness, schizophrenia and other heavy subject matters, which for some can be considered controversial, shocking, perhaps even offensive. By using this custom companion you acknowledge that you understand this and that you are using this companion by your own free will and in a country/region where such subject matter is legal. If you disagree, I will refer you to Rule no.1 Posted below. If you have a particular disposition for schizophrenia (or other psychological disorders) it is recommended that you do not play computer games, in general, let alone use this companion. As author I do not subscribe with any of Ivy's opinions, she is a character, completely made up and does not represent any person, real or imagined. Rule No.1: If you think that this mod is sexist, rude, or in any other way offends you.... If erotic stories, pornographic literature, dirty talking and mature subject matters have shocked or confronted you in the past... then you should not download it, play it, or use it. This mod represents a companion/follower in the form of a completely fucked up raider-boss spliced with a sex bot. Her 'brain' is completely virtual. She was designed by a perverted and twisted scientist. She does not in any way represent real women, or how real women would speak, or how real women would act in real life. Any complaints will be quoted this rule for future reference. Should you have ignored this warning, played with Ivy and got to a mental state where you feel the need to comment in a negative way on what she says, or how she acts... DON'T. I don't care.. if you felt that need than you simply do not understand Ivy.. and she (and her subject matter) is not suitable for you. Important Spoiler - If you had any version of Ivy installed before 3.2--, use a fresh game. I do not think that 'cleaning up the save' will actually prevent all bugs from happening. In other words, just start a fresh game, or load a previous game where Ivy was not loaded before. YOU CAN TRY TO 'CLEAN YOUR SAVE' USING THESE UNSUPPORTED INSTRUCTIONS: Load your current save. Remove recover any items you gave to Ivy that you don't want to lose (i.e. special/upgraded weapons/armour). Dismiss Ivy. Leave the current cell by walking or fast travel. The point here is to get far enough away that the current cell unloads. Sometimes loading into an interior cell from an exterior cell will work, but YMMV. If you're in Sanctuary, I wouldn't use the Root Cellar as it may not force Sanctuary exterior proper to unload. Go to Abernathy at least. Diamond City would be better. Save your game. <-- FIRST SAVE Exit game. Uninstall (completely) the Ivy mod. Don't just deactivate it. Enter game and load your last save. <-- FIRST SAVE I usually go to yet another location or wait/sleep 24 hrs or even both, then save your game again. <-- SECOND SAVE Exit game. Install and activate newly updated mod. Enter game and load SECOND SAVE. Go pick up your new toy and have a coke and a smile. HOW TO RECRUIT IVY Watch the recruitment video posted above. The steps are outlined below: - Check your pipboy for a new quest called 'Redeem Ivy' - Activate the quest and read the instructions - Activate WIVS radio from within your pipboy. - Your quest will be updated and directions given. Follow them to the root cellar in Sanctuary. - Talk to the NX-2C pleasure bot, she will give you a new quest - Follow the quest to Med-Tek research, where you must find her redeem voucher. - Once the redeem voucher is found, go back to the root cellar in Sanctuary and talk to Ivy. - And talk and talk and talk.. until your heart is content! AFFINITY / GAMEPLAY Affinity Unlike other companions, you can only raise Ivy's affinity by talking to her. The more times you 'select and command' her (e.g. the more 'chats' you have with her) the more her affinity raises. The higher her affinity becomes, the more dialogue is opened up. With each jump in affinity, hundreds of new lines of dialogue open up for Ivy. This will not always be immediately apparent. A lot of dialogue is situational en depends on your current quests and your current location. Sometimes a message will pop up that Ivy liked or loved, or hated, something. These messages have no effect on her affinity for you.Follow Distance You can set Ivy to follow you closely, or far away through her controller holotape.Combat Configuration You can configure Ivy to use different types of combat, but you'll need to provide her with suitable weapons depending on her combat style. If you leave it default, it is advised you let her have her own gun, it is a powerful legendary weapon and few pistols (if any) are better.Prostitution If you enable Ivy's prostitution, she will slip out using her teleporter whenever you fall asleep, and is always back when you wake up. Some customers will not treat her well and she will ask you to kill them or punish them. There is no penalty (at this time) for saying NO to her requests.Teleportation If you are smart, then you can use Ivy's teleportation capabilities to a tactical advantage during combat...Conversation For erotic conversation, 'flirt' with Ivy. For regular conversation, ask Ivy her thoughts. For background information, access her memory archives in the Service Menu. To hear more of Ivy's idles, sit next to her on a couch! SUPPORT DON'T RUN IVY WITH A.F.T. Spoiler - <CURRENT> Investigating an issue with Ivy not commenting on picking up fruit/flowers and skill books, this might have to do with other mods changing keywords, but it is under investigation as I could not reproduce the issue so far. This minor bug does not affect Ivy in any other way. - MULTI COMPANION mods will work but are NOT SUPPORTED *ye'r on ye'r own* (THIS INCLUDES THE NORA MOD) Ivy is such a demanding companion, she is a quest and treasure to discover in itself. Stick with her, dump your other companions.. worthless duds! (I'm really just kidding, Heather is fan-fucking-tastic). NOTE FOR 3.0: MULTI COMPANION MODS ARE NOW SUPPORTED BETTER THAN BEFORE. IVY HAS HER OWN IDLE SCRIPTS. SHE WILL NOT INTERACT WITH OTHER COMPANIONS (YET) AND YOU MIGHT LOSE SOME OF HER DIALOG AND SPONTANEOUS SCENES WITH MC MODS (!) - LOAD ORDER (!) (!) - Always move Ivy's load order ABOVE the Armor Extended mod. - The Tactical Distraction System This mod could interfere with a cinematic that Ivy has inside Hallucigen HeadQuarters. Place Ivy ABOVE this mod in the load order. Note for 3.0 versions and above: For MAXIMUM COMPATIBILITY move Ivy on TOP of your MOD list (you may lose some of her functionality) For MAXIMUM WORKING IVY FEATURES move Ivy to the BOTTOM of your MOD list. What others say about Ivy: Spoiler On 3/29/2018 at 3:20 PM, valc said: One thing is for sure, Ivy is staying. Thanks for your work on this great mod! On 3/30/2018 at 10:38 PM, Sierra 21 said: ...First I just cannot thank you enough for the gift of Ivy. She is without a doubt the best companion mod I have ever used. I have tried almost every companion mod and Ivy is so spectacular that I I even retired Heather as she was good but Ivy is just so much more lovable. She may have a synthesized voice but I swear there are times she feels more real than the human voiced companions. I always get warm and fuzzy when she say's she loves me and I felt so bad which I have never felt with any other companion about joining the brotherhood as I have when my Ivy started to talk about how she felt threatened by them and wanted to make sure I would keep her safe. I have now serious reservations on that faction now. I know she doesn't like the railroad either and I don't blame her cause I don't too. I haven't gotten to the institute yet so I am unsure how she feels about them and she seems neutral about the minimen. I am totally torn.... On 3/28/2018 at 4:17 AM, figarodlc said: ...The dialogue is so organic and flows so well with the game mechanics, that you truly are surprised every time Ivy has one of these little treats for you. And this is only one of so many...Dammit, I love this mod! Always some new surprise round the corner...! On 3/26/2018 at 7:01 PM, ShivasBane said: Tried out one of the earlier versions and was just blown away! She is incredible. Can't wait to see where this goes next. Also could you tell me where I can get the black leather clothing she is wearing in the light haired pics? I really think she will be one of the best companion mods ever made. Keep up the good work On 4/6/2018 at 8:09 PM, Jedstream said: This mod is fan-f**king-tastic! A must for any playthrough. I find her spontaniety extremely refreshing. Built a home at Taffington Boathouse and found out she REALLY hates mirelurks. Everything she says will make you smile. Reginald_001 Posted June 1, 2018 Author Posted June 1, 2018 VERY FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS You've arrived at the VFAQ. READ THIS in ANY CASE before posting any issues about Ivy in this thread. If you're answer has already been posted, your question will be quoted with a short 'read the VFAQ'. List of known mods which are incompatible with Ivy and completely break her functionality: Remnant Bunker Player HomeOverwrites the root cellar. Link: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/24032?tab=description Fix: 1) Place before Ivy in the load order, you will lose the changes made by RBPH to the root-cellar. 2) Try to add Ivy by placing her by your side, then recruit her, use the radio fix to fix the radio: Player.Placeatme #IVY'S ID HERE# Sanctuary Estates (Any version/Type) Simply breaks Ivy by overwriting the root cellar and the radio. Link: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/29656/ Fix: None. Not compatible at all. Do not use if you want to use Ivy. - I dont know if this has been asked or not, but using nmm either the robot or Chic Geek's voice files will install. I've tried doing a normal install as well but no luck. Are the files broken or something? - Download Companion_Ivy_4_base.7z from the Downloads Page. - Unzip this file into your Fallout Directory, overwrite any files it asks to overwrite. - Choose to download either the Robot voice, or Chick Geek's voice. You MUST download and install one or the other. Choose Either: Companion_Ivy_4_ChicGeek.7z or you download Companion_Ivy_4_Robot.7z from the Downloads Page. - Unzip the file that you chose to download into your Fallout Directory, overwrite any files it asks to overwrite. - Open Nexus Mod Manager. - Click on the Plugins Tab (top left) - Scroll down until you find CompanionIvy.Esp, click the checkbox to enable the mod. - Run Fallout 4 through Nexus Mod manager. - Does Ivy work with the Dogmeat 'Everyone's Best Friend' mod? YES. In fact she was developed with that mod active since day one. She even has a few lines dedicated for when traveling together with Dogmeat. She has not been tested, but will most likely work well, with similar mods specifically tailored to Dogmeat. - I have recruited Ivy, but I don't have the holotape, she never gave it to me OR - I have recruited Ivy, but I don't have the holotape, I think I lost it OR - I have recruited Ivy, but I don't have the holotape Open the console, type "help "nx-2c" 0" Scroll up and read the output, find the ID for the NX-2C Controller Holotape. Type "player.additem [id_for_holotape_here]" Close the console. You now have the holotape. - Ivy glitched, she said some weird things, then sort of 'rebooted'. This is by design, sit back and enjoy the ride... (Should she stop responding after she has glitched, scroll down for more info). - I think Ivy lost her gun, or she's not using it. - Walk up to Ivy and open the console, click on her. - Now type "help ivy 0". - find the "ivy handcannon" entry and note the ID. - now type "equipitem <hand_cannon_id>". - exit the console and Ivy should equip her hand cannon again. - How do I customize Ivy's Hair, Face, Make-up or Clothing? 1) Ivy's HAIR. - Order Ivy to SIT on a chair. - Stand in front of her, open the console and click on her. Note her ID in the top of the console. - Type 'SLM #IVY'S ID# 2' <-- Note and do not forget the '2' behind Ivy's ID. - Close the console 2) Ivy's DRESS. - Talk to IVY and enter her TRADE menu. - Give her the item of clothing you want to give her, and press T to have her equip it. 3) Ivy's FACE. - Order Ivy to SIT on a chair. - Stand in front of her, open the console and click on her. Note her ID in the top of the console. - Type 'SLM #IVY'S ID# 1' <-- Note and do not forget the '1' behind Ivy's ID. - Close the console - Ivy says often that she wants sex with me but she never does OR - Will Ivy use SRE / FourPlay / Etc..etc..? OR - Does Ivy have Sex Animations? Ivy does not have sex animations. This is by design. Ivy was designed to not have any kind of dependency on any other mod. The reason for this is that mods often are discontinued, become unsupported, or disappear, which would cause me to have to come back to fix Ivy as well, every time one of those mods updates. I wanted Ivy to work, always, regardless of what kind of mods the other player has. - Will Ivy interact with other NPC's? Yes, she will interact with all other NPC's A LOT. Mostly through quest dialogue, but you can spot her in conversation with other NPC's as well, especially Barkeeps. - Will Ivy talk and interact with (insert random follower or custom follower's name here)??? Where possible and appropriate, yes. But not much. It would make Ivy, once again, become dependent on other mods, which could in theory be discontinued or simply 'bug out', which would cause Ivy to break. It also forces players to install these mods as well for Ivy to work. And as I don't have access to the original voice actors and I don't like copy/pasting the original sound files, Ivy interacts with other NPC's through Quest dialogue. - Do the messages 'Ivy Liked that' or 'Ivy Loved that' raise her affinity? No. These do not affect her affinity towards you at this time. See the 'Affinity' spoiler in the first post of this thread for more information on how Ivy's affinity works. - Ivy's affinity is always 0! Ivy's affinity for you is not counter by this in-game variable. Instead she has her own affinity counters. See the 'Affinity' spoiler in the first post of this thread for more information on how Ivy's affinity works. - Ivy's radio is not working so I can't recruit her! or, - Ivy's radio is not working, but I have recruited her or, - Ivy's radio is not working, but I have recruited her AND it was working before! One of two things can be happening: 1) You have a mod installed that overwrites parts of Sanctuary. In this case her radio transmitter is never created, so the radio cannot broadcast. Disable that mod or make Ivy 'higher' in the load order so her mod gains precedence over whatever mod is overwriting the root-cellar location in Sanctuary. 2) You have an alternate 'start' mod or a mod that changes the way that quests are initiated. In this case the radio quest is never started. You can fix this by download the 'Radio' hot-fix. Open up the NX-2C Controller Holotape. Go into advanced options. Click on 'reset radio'. - Ivy is nowhere to be found AND her radio is not working! She is NOT in the root-cellar in Sanctuary! You are using a mod that changes the root-cellar location, where Ivy can be found. Disable that mod or make Ivy 'higher' in the load order so her mod gains precedence over whatever mod is overwriting the root-cellar location in Sanctuary. - Ivy was working, but she suddenly just stands there, not doing anything OR - Ivy had some kind of 'glitch' she was talking gibberish, she floated a bit in the air, then she just stood there, not doing anything OR - Ivy had some kind of custom animation, but afterwards she just stands there, not doing anything OR - Ivy was hurt in battle, I stimpacked her, but she just sits there on her ass, talking sexy to me. This is a known game bug that actually happens with Vanilla followers as well. They sometimes stop responding after a custom animation or after suddenly dropping a HUGE amount in health (e.g. direct hit with a Fat Man or exploding car, or huge falls, etc..). To fix this, open the NX-2C Holotape, choose 'Teleport to current location'. Wait until the Teleport finished. IMPORTANT: Now CROUCH one time, then STAND UP again. Ivy's normal Idle animations will continue. If that did not work, use a more strong approach, dismiss Ivy through the NX-2C controller holotape (choose the 'Deactivate' option) then wait for 20 seconds after exiting the PipBoy, quick travel to another Cell, then use the 'Activate' option in the holotape. - Ivy said something about location X but we were in a different location OR - Ivy said something that wasn't right for the situation OR - There was some kind of dialogue bug/typo/weird thing This is a bug that needs to be fixed, would you kindly make a reply in this thread explaining in detail where the bug/typo/weird thing occured so I can look into it? - Ivy is not working 100% correct with the XDI mod / (read ANY dialogue mod) I think you mean to say that those mods are terribly buggy to begin with and they do not work correctly with Ivy, not the other way around. Go speak to the mod authors of those pieces of software, they will not be supported by me. - I know you told me NOT TO USE MULTI FOLLOWER MODS with Ivy but I don't care I'm going to anyway... Don't bother to post about bugs if you are using MF mods. I am currently testing compatibility with many of those mods, but most of them do not do things in a clean way. In fact, many vanilla assets, original core game files, are changed and overwritten that Ivy depends on. Instead of doing this nicely by extending functionality and keeping backwards compatibility, often the quicker route it chosen in these mods, which leads to bugs when you try to run Ivy with them. Some of these mods have included specific code for other mods, such as Heather, but none of these mods has been made compatible with Ivy, which I feel is the way these mods should go, instead of vice-versa. HAVING SAID ALL THAT: Many players ARE using Ivy successfully with Multiple Follower mods. I myself am currently playing Ivy with the Unlimited Companion Framework without any issues at all. Ivy is first in my load order (she has become an ESM for the next release) and there are no known bugs with UCF at this point in time. If you MUST play with a Multi Follower mod you MUST realize some things: - If Ivy is not the FIRST RECRUITED companion, you will miss out on all of her quest integration, dialogue and quest one-liners. This counts towards hundreds of lines, many hours, or dialogue. If you want all of Ivy and use MF mods, then you should have her recruited First, as the main companion, then recruit other followers later. - You have broken the 'warranty seal', like Sheldon Cooper would say, you have broken the hidden and confidential bond that you as player, and I as creator, have made. I will not shun you, but I will not be able to help you fix any issues you might encounter. Your warranty has been voided. If you run into any issues remember that whatever you have changed to fix things, will only take effect on FRESH SAVES. Your CURRENT SAVES will be CORRUPTED once bugs and errors have occurred. - There are many options for debugging in the NX-2X Controller Holotape, do not manage Ivy through any other means than her OWN holotape. - Ivy uses many of her OWN counters, so that I don't have to OVERWRITE or CHANGE vanilla, original game file, assets. This is the reason why so many options of the MF mods do not work with Ivy. This post will contain more 'known' issues and tutorials soon. 12
buddhagold0 Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 Tell me what is the difference between the loaded files?
Sierra 21 Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 Forget Reclamation Day. It's Ivy Day!!! Thank you Reginald and Chic for this Awesome Gift of Ivy 4.0!!! 1

buddhagold0 Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 I like the voice in version 3.2, what to load after the base mode?
Reginald_001 Posted June 1, 2018 Author Posted June 1, 2018 1 minute ago, buddhagold0 said: I like the voice in version 3.2, what to load after the base mode? First download Chic's voice, play with it for a bit. Then should you decide you would rather go back to the old robotic voice, download that file and overwrite while unzipping. 2
ShivasBane Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 Wow! She's finally here. I know it hasn't been long but it sure seems like it. I'm presently living out in the country with extremely limited internet and I saved it up just for Ivy. It's been a very stressful last few months for me and Ivy is just the thing I needed to cheer me up. She is just so damn funny! She is so personable that I think I'm developing feelings for her or it's just the cabin fever taking over. She makes you run the full gambit of emotions from uncontrollable laughter to sometimes feeling sad that she was treated so badly. You have an absolute masterpiece here and I'm so glad I was able to be here from the beginning. Thank you so much for your hard work and I hope that you continue to grow and develop her. She is most definitely unique. I would also like to thank Chic Geek for taking on this project. Her voice suits Ivy to a tee. 3
Li_Chang20 Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 great job, I like your mod, what is the difference between the previous version and this one?( apart from the voice option) 1

And.. we're not done with Ivy yet. 3 minutes ago, eech20 said: great job, I like your mod, what is the difference between the previous version and this one?( apart from the voice option) See the changelog, but most notably Chic's voice which has replaced all of Ivy's lines and the songs on the radio have changed. 1
Cynical Misanthrope Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 Fuck me! Seriously, this is amazing! The voice quality is top notch! 1
buddhagold0 Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 Thanks for the answer. I'm playing with the first version and I do not see the point of playing Fallout without Avy anymore. Good luck!

While playtesting with Chic's voiced Ivy I've been amazed many times! It all went so quickly because there was very little (actually almost no) rework needed. Just goes to show just how much of a Pro Chic Geek is. 1
Cheerss Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 I'm was hyped as fuuhh for this, downloading it now ? 1
kataura Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 What? so many hours of dialogue? Hats off to you people. That's insane! Also, The VAs patreon link seems to redirect to youtube first before asking to leave youtube and continue to patreon. You should probably link it directly. 1

Sunsnub Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 Truly awesome, thank you to you both! Just to clarify, if I already have 3.2 installed, and I want Chick_Geek's voice over, I do not need to download, and install the companion_Ivy_4_base.z7 base correct? I only need to download and install the Companion_Ivy_4_ChickGeek.7z? In other words there is no difference between the 3.2 base, and the 4.0 base (other than in 4, the voice sets are packaged separately) correct? Again, thanks a lot this is definitely one of my favorite F04 mods, top quality for sure, and I am guessing Chick Geek just made it even better. 1

Sunsnub Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 Thanks for the response. I am under the impression I don't need to do a clean save before installing the 4 base? Do I simply overwrite 3.2 and then install the voice pack of my choice?
Sunsnub Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 P.S. and I am guessing if I have any items on 3.2 Ivy that I want to keep, I should grab them off her and save, before installing 4.0?
