fightingbear Posted May 30 Posted May 30 Hi, I'm having a problem in Dagonaar prison. I'm get locked in a pillory but then after I can't leave but I'm able to walk around. If I press the activate button it just keeps bringing up the pillory escape menu. The quest kinda progresses if I wait long enough but it skips over releasing me from the pillory so I'm just stuck. I'd like to know if there is some way to force the game to release me, perhaps through console and if I do will it break the quest? Otherwise I have a save prior to being locked in the pillory but no matter what I do if I talk to the guard the pillory is what I get (not the mines or sorting items). So I was wondering if I can somehow just skip over it or perhaps fast-forward to being released. Thank you for any help.

I opened up the two armor records for the Rendered versions of those two items in SSEEdit, just to see where they were different, and the only relvant thing I noticed was that the ARMA record associated with each was different. I thought that was odd, since DCL was pointed at an ARMA record from DDNG-Expansion anyways. I made a backup of the DCL esp, then swapped out the ARMA record for the Prisoner Leg Restraints from whatever it was to instead match what the Rusty Iron Ballet Shoes ARMA was. Lo and behold, I loaded my game, and the boots rendered perfectly. It's such an obvious error, I have no idea how other people aren't experiencing it, so I assume it's something to do with my setup I guess, though I can't explain what that is. In any case, this worked for me, in case anyone else ever bumps into a similar issue. I don't know if you ever figured this out or not but I can say I had the same problem and I figured out why. Those boots are a part of Cursed Loot but they link to a mod that is supposed to be a part of Devious Devices titled Zariaboot7_1.nif in meshes/devious/expansion. For me this didn't exist so I simply took Zariaboot7_0.nif and renamed it to Zariaboot7_1.nif and it fixed itself. Just FYI this is after I already ran everything through bodyslide if you didn't do that then the meta data in the file might not work.

I didn't see a reply from Kimy. I'd like to continue doing the prison stuff but if there isn't a fix, a command to just move the quest to right before being released would be great similar to this command to start it all startquest dcur_prisonquest. MountainDewGod Posted May 30 Posted May 30 Having a problem where I take the key to chloe's shackles and the quest marker doesn't go away and there is no prompt to unlock her so she kinda just trapped in Helgen permanentlyÂ
Dokurobe Posted June 6 Posted June 6 Hi, I have a question: i have devious devices items installed with hdt smp and working but the armor provided by this mod don't have physics (like the latex dress, the latex corsetsuit, zebra mini dress etc, and also boots, all the equipment), where can i find the version with hdt smp? Does it exist? I tried searching here but i didn't find the answer. I'm on anniversary edition in case it matters. Thanks

I had enough problems getting chains to work partially (thank god FSMP finally fixed its bug on that and predator-rj finished the conversions), i'm not even going to try with the dresses.  If you have FSMP 3+ and DD NG 4.2 or the latest discord version of DD NG, that is the best you can do right now. 2

Once Nazeem's booby trap goes off my PC gets shackled in the Dollmaker gear however the premium line shackles do not show up even though it says they are equipped in my inventory. Ive gone back to a previous save an equipped the normal shackles using an item spawner and those do show up. It seems only the dollmaker shackles and prison shackles are bugged somehow. Is there any way to resolve this? I've reinstalled all the mods, reinstalled bodyslide and generated fresh morphs a swell but the chains just don't show up.

Â If you have DD NG, you might have built the wrong version of the chains. There's more than one version now in bodyslide.

I've built Bodyslide six or eight times already, making sure all DD and DCL items are checked, and it doesn't go away, even if I remove and re-add the items. Anyone able to offer any insight? Running the latest steam version of Skyrim ("AE") with the most recent versions of mods I can find (DD NG, etc.) Â Â

SE Version installed, built, and working perfectly.

Look through the known issues section on the troubleshooting post. if you don't have anything there, you're going to have to remove mods until you find the problem mod, or start with DD, DDNG, and DCL and their requirements and slowly add your mods back in. do this on a new game, not an existing save. 1

It's really fucking annoying when I get combat defeated or raped by someone using the rape feature from THIS MOD and then proceed to get punished by Leon for having sex with others. Shouldn't Leon automatically stop any rape attempts seeing as my character is his slave? Really fucking obnoxious and stupid
