High-heel Mules & Footwear for Fusion Girl
It's a sunny day in the Commonwealth again!
Here comes a small selection of summer heels, 9 styles with color options for each (material swaps available).
As a bonus, 2 custom stocking sets in 2 colors are made to fit the high-heel shoes (plain, fishnet)
The footwear comes in the body Slot 33, with a modified feet geometry of Fusion Girl.
Skinning around the ankle was modified to somewhat enhance the geometry in poses and animations.
Wearing these, the female character has properly adjusted (beautified, I hope) toe shapes, arches, ankles and slightly longer nails.
Along with the FG skinning modifications, I've managed to fake the effect of a dangling "strapless" shoe, which is noticeable with certain animation packs that move the toe bones (including walk, sneak etc.). In my opinion, it looks a tad more realistic during gameplay, although the mesh stretching or clipping will be noticeable on close-up shots at extreme angles.
The items are available at the Chemstation Workbench under BurgirInhaler Mules.
TECHNICAL DETAILS:
- 1024x1024 and 512x1024 textures (seriously, you don't need 4k maps for clothing)
- Loose files (make sure you have these enabled for your game instance)
- ESP with the addon mod

- Support for high-heel sounds (mandatory masters!)
HARD REQUIREMENTS:

- BodySlide and Outfit Studio (I do not provide tutorials for morphs/clothing building)
- High Heels Sound - Fallout 4 Edition (standard and clicky sounds)
- Barefoot Footstep Extended (for flip-flop sandals)
- Fallout 4 High Heels System (height configs provided in my mod)
RECOMMENDED:
- New High Heels Sound Library (better sound samples)
- Ultimate Outfit Menu OR Screen Archer Menu to give yourself the items (BurgirInhaler's Mules)
Remember to check your load order to make sure the ESP is enabled after updating!

Finally, a mod that replaces npc armor and clothing with sexy outfits from all the best armor and clothing mods on Nexus! No longer will you wish npc's could wear that, now they can! Read description for important and detailed information and installation.
Description
This mod uses bodyslide to distribute 117 outfits (over 500 different pieces of clothing) across the wasteland to every female npc in the game. It can distribute up to 5 different types of armor, not all of them lore friendly. 117 different variations of clothing and armor, replacing the vanilla assets. The armor will still have the vanilla defense value, so it will not mess with the balance of your game. All of the actual plates and outer garments will be invisible (so that it is more immersive) but you will not find the wasteland a walk in the park, as enemies still equip stronger armor and level up as you do.
Anther to note is that the armor is all extremely lewd, revealing nipples and butts, because that's what you clicked on this mod to see. A lot of npc's have nipple and vagina piercings, and some tattoos (although not overdone.) If you stubbled across this mod by accident, because it is my first mod, you are very lucky to have found this because it is a huge time consumer to put this together correctly.
If you have any other sexy outfits that you would like to add let me know in the comments. Currently, I've only distributed about a third of the library that I have accumulated, and don't mind adding more. This mod currently distributes over 500 pieces of outfits and clothing to a very large amount of npc's. I recommend a mod like Mostly Female NPC's at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community or Femout4 - All NPCs Now Female at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community to ensure all the outfits are used. Femout adds more especially to the brotherhood of steal faction but it esses with the player's voice a bit, so if you want more immersion don't use it.
Installation instructions
Step 0: Make sure you install caliente's cbbe mod and select all vanilla and dlc outfits. HARD requirement.
Step 1: Download all the requirements.
Step 2: Right click on Lazman's all in one outfit replacer, open in file manager, delete meshes (you need to do this or else his mod will override this one)
Step 3: Go into bodyslide, select cbbe bodies in the group tag, right click on meshes in the bottom left corner and select "fusion girl-nude." In the top left under preset select "Lazman Fusion Girl Naked Preset," Then left click build. (you might be able to use other presets but they are built through a different format of bodyslide which might not work)
Step 4: (optional) make an output folder in bodyslide. You shouldn't need to build the outfits because it works without my meshes active, but for some reason if you do want to build everything, make sure this mod overrides your output folder. (If meshes get disorganized in your data folder they might accidentally replace or override these files, especially if you build lazrman's outfits and they go into data and get mixed up) "Bodyslide" is my outfit folder. Using Rubber_Duck's RCP Gen Tool and Guide I have put together a rough repository of skimpy male mods as well as some normal mods that were refit for Atomic Muscle 2.0! All you need to do is install and enable Robco Patcher then install this repository and any of the detected mods below will be patched automatically!

Soviet Latex Leotard

I made this because of the lack of Soviet themed latex outfits. I originally wanted to make it less of a bondage outfit, but then I felt inspired to do some more bondage stuff. Might still make some less kinky versions if there is interest.
-Suit details-
Most of the suit is quite basic with a latex leotard, ballet boots and heavy cuffs. Most of the suit's functionality comes from the hood and choke collar. The hood has a large insert for fellatio that is not sealed at the back (Well the model is, but I did not want to risk clipping issues.) and a nasal vent. The nasal vent can be set to shut off if desired, but has a safety system that will re enable it if the hood detects risk to the wearer. The collar is an inflatable choke collar, but linked to the same safety to avoid risk to the wearer.
The hood is locked with a magnetic key to prevent the wearer removing it (Not implemented).

This was intended to have a lot more in it but I'm not making enough progress so just decided to release it as is so I can move on to another FO4 mod.
The items are shown in the screenshots and there is no way to get them other than console commands or an .esp explorer mod (recommended).
To use console you can use "help rzvol1 4 armo" then "player.additem xxxxx" with the item ID. Just use the .esp explorer. Sorry.
They are based on CBBE body and should be built in bodyslide.

Cut the kziitd clothing into several pieces so that its elements can be worn separately. I don't feel like taking screenshots cause I just don't know how to do it nicely in fo4. If someone makes them, I'll add them on this page.
I made sure the clothes inside the same sets didn't interfere with each other (where necessary). Slots are selected based on Nexus recommendations. I also changed the slots for Body Fishnets so that they can be used in combinations too.
I also made patches for HHSO3 and High Heels Sound. They are included in the main archive - you can disable them if you don't need them.
Of course, you need to download the original mod.
Current version is based on OOH 1.03. Whenever possible, I will read comments and fix bugs. But no guarantees.
I might make an addon for Complex Sorter in the future. But no guarantees.
I won't do a patch for SAKR, as I gave up on it due to compatibility nightmare. I don't mind if someone makes it without me.

The clothing mod named after my pose mod is to release some of the content I made in my spare time over the years.
The costumes added in the future will not necessarily be "slutty" themed (as close to the theme as possible), it's just that the name "Kziitd's Wardrobe" seems both silly and unfair to me (there's stuff about transplanting/patchwork).

Following total nuclear annihilation, the rebuilding of this great country of ours may fall to you! But why should it? As a Vault Dweller, you’ll have important things to do, like exercise, science, and educating the next generation of Vault Dwellers after you. That’s why Vault-Tec is proud to announce yet another collaboration with the bright minds at RobCo Industries – SCEPS!
The Slave Compliance Enforcement and Protection System, or SCEPS, is a modular system designed to enable remote or even autonomous control of uncooperative persons. Following a nuclear war, it is expected that the enemy will invade our nation. These foreign devils will largely succumb to the leftover fallout of their own weapons, but those who remain will be hardy individuals who would be ideal candidates to carry out the manual labor required to restore America, if it wasn’t for their pesky free will. With SCEPS, their ability to make decisions for themselves will become a thing of the past. They will obey every command delivered to the SCEPS Frame’s onboard computer without question, lest they feel the wrath of one of RobCo’s line of state-of-the-art shock collars that works in tandem with the SCEPS Frame.
A system of such power should, naturally, also be reliable. Have no fear, for if SCEPS had an “R” in its name, it would stand for “redundancy.” Should contact be lost with the Vault or other controlling facility, the onboard computer will automatically initiate a pre-programmed activity loop until contact is restored. This ensures that the “slave” is never idle, always performing valuable labor on our behalf!
While SCEPS is still in the testing phases, early prototypes of the system already show a 99.9% compliance rate. RobCo and Vault-Tec are accepting willing – and very well paid, might we add - volunteers to help us iron out the remaining kinks. Any interested individuals are encouraged to visit your local Vault-Tec Regional HQ today to learn more, and to fill out an ID-10T form if you wish to participate in this exciting opportunity.
OK BUT WHAT IS THIS MOD THOUGH?!
This mod is an expansion of colourtemp3000’s “New milking and devious costumes” mod, specifically the non-milking version of the “robo suit.” I was a huge fan of the Dwarven Devious Cuirass from Skyrim and was always bummed out that nobody ever took it further than they did. I also really wanted a version for Fallout. I somehow missed the initial release of this and only recently discovered it. (As well as the fact that someone made improvements to its Skyrim counterpart, but that’s another story.)
Anyhow, when I saw this a month ago I knew what I had to do. The SCEPS Frame takes colourtemp’s mod and enhances it with several special features, namely:
The frame is classified as a KFT Corset, as well as a DD Suit and DD Heels. It uses KFT for locking and unlocking (because I find KFT’s system much cleaner), but benefits from DD’s Heels slowdown effect if you choose to enable that in DD’s MCM. This way I can give you a user-toggleable slow while still using KFT’s simpler removal system. It blocks power armor, lockpicking, pickpocketing, and combat. The first 3 are provided via additional DD flags, while the no combat effect is part of Torture Devices (which DD requires anyway.) The SCEPS Frame prohibits its captives from doing anything “evil” but lacks the on-board intelligence to identify hacking vs. legitimate terminal use. Importantly, the SCEPS Frame does NOT block Pip-Boy use. Nevertheless, I strongly recommend either Pip-pad or Pip-Boy 2500, simply because the vanilla Pip-Boy looks very strange on the robotic arm. (Personally I use Pip-Boy 2500.) Either way, this means the suit also doesn’t block fast travel, quest tracking, or the radio. There are other mods which allow you to prohibit fast travel while wearing DD heels, and those will affect the SCEPS Frame, if you want that feature. It also does not block the collar, torso, nipple, vagina, or anus body slots. This means you CAN equip a collar from Real Handcuffs, DD, or KFT. You can also equip, for example, a bikini from Dicky’s Pinup Outfit, if you want to leave a little more to the imagination. And of course DD plugs and nipple piercings are also an option. The SCEPS Frame also has mod slots for DD plug shock and vibrate effects built into the Frame, so you can use other types of plugs (iron, inflatable, etc) and still get those effects. These can be changed at any armor workbench for 0 material cost. Note that you will have to equip SOME type of plugs for DD’s periodic events to fire. On the other hand, it blocks all arm and leg slots. This was done to ensure that other mods cannot equip cuffs or leg irons over the SCEPS Frame. Several popular AAF mods try to stick Real Handcuffs on the player without any option to disable this behavior, which in turn will lock out the Pip-Boy. This is my way of preventing that. Note that the default slot for Real Handcuffs is NOT blocked. You will need to install the DD Compatibility patch for Real Handcuffs to make Real Handcuffs use the correct slot. (This is included in either DD’s or RH’s FOMOD, you just need to install DD first.) It also uses slot 33, the body slot. That should be obvious. There’s no possible way to make something like this work without that, sorry. Lastly, it provides strong Ballistic, Energy, and Radiation resistance. I believe I’ve got the values at 200 / 200 / 600 right now but don’t quote me on that. This is the “Protection” in “SCEPS.” The idea here is that you can’t fight back (because the Frame won’t let you), so the Frame gives you considerable protection from damage to compensate. You can, of course, still die. You can also voluntarily surrender to your enemies at any time (by using a combat surrender mod), if you choose to. Also, while not a feature of this mod per se, the SCEPS Frame aligns surprisingly well with the Fframe used in Bound in Public. In my own playthrough, I utilize Provocative Perks along with Bound in Public and the SCEPS Frame to form a sort of “alcohol-fueled personal teleporter” that is, in my head canon, built into the SCEPS Frame. This gives you a means to rapidly explore the map...if you don’t mind spending a couple hours getting very, very friendly with the locals at your randomized destination, of course.
INSTALLATION:
Install the requirements below, then overwrite colourtemp’s ESP file with mine. Bodyslide “DevRobo” (and the hands), then craft the SCEPS Frame at any chemistry workbench or add it with ESP Explorer.
NOTE: You need to drop the .esp file in your Fallout 4\Data folder manually. I intentionally didn't set it up for mod managers. I fully encourage you to use a mod manager, but to avoid providing support for them, this mod is intended for manual installation only.
REQUIREMENTS:
A working AAF Installation, obviously. Devious Devices and its requirements, including Torture Devices. I recommend RC9, but RC8 should work fine. Kziitd Fetish Toolset High Heels Sound – I will make a version without this if there’s demand but I personally don’t know why anyone wouldn’t want this. New milking and devious costumes + WDF pasties/bottles replacer. Specifically, you’ll want the non-WDF version. This entire mod is really just an ESP replacement for his mod, and all art-related credits (a.k.a. the hard part) go to colourtemp3000.
STRONGLY RECOMMENDED (but not required):
AAF Sexual Harassment for use with Real Handcuffs Real Handcuffs, specifically for the Shock Collar, to use with Sexual Harassment’s collar master approach
MUCH MORE OPTIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS:
The Cheat Terminal. I use this for several things, but the main thing for this mod is you can set both Raiders and Gunners as neutral with it. Sexual Harassment already does this when you make them eligible approaches, but this way you can bring a follower/escort to the raider camp with you and your follower won’t start combat with them. It has a million other useful features too, like the ability to summon booze on command. Bound in Public and Provocative Perks. As mentioned above, this gives you access to a simi-immersive and fun means of randomized fast travel. Use this combo a dozen times and you’ll have unlocked fast travel points all around the map. Alternatively, you can use just Provocative Perks as a very reliable way to spawn threesome/foursome animations on demand. Captive Tattoos is always a solid pick for playing as any kind of enslaved character. “Free use” and “mistress property” tats go especially well with the SCEPS Frame, depending on your specific play style. I recommend equipping the Frame before applying the overlays, otherwise you will probably not be able to see some of the tats you choose under the Frame. Finally, you’re going to want either a really capable combat follower, or else a death alternative mod. Without a follower who can kick some mutated butt when you need them to, and even with combat surrender mods like AAF Violate and Purgatory, there WILL be times you die, since the SCEPS Frame disables ALL combat on your part and there are NPCs that lack valid AAF animations. Personally, I’m using Synthetic Love, because there’s nothing quite as entertaining as being enslaved to a Synth version of yourself. Note that Synthetic Love’s Synth Nora does NOT copy your overlays, though she does copy every other aspect of your character’s appearance. This means she won’t wear your tats.
Also note there’s nothing preventing you from installing the SCEPS Frame on Synth Nora, or any other NPC, just like any other device. The mod includes literally zero dialogue, story, or quest. It’s just an item you can craft at the chem station. Accordingly, you can RP it however you desire.
Anyhow...let me know if there are any bugs or such. As far as I'm concerned this mod is feature-complete, but I'm not against adding to it if I can. Note that I am not an artist, nor do I know Fallout's scripting, so what I would like to do and what I am capable of doing are two very different things.
PERMISSIONS: Same as colourtemp3000's permissions. All I did was heavily edit his mod's ESP. It would be weird if I had any permissions other than his.

Latex Fetish Outfit and Gear

This is a male-oriented, fetish-based latex outfit and accessory pack for your kink needs, that I slapped together since there is no such options for male characters. The accessories should work for females too, but the suit doesn't. I am not bothering to make a female suit conversion because Taohua already has an amazing latex set for women, top tier quality (Tao's Catsuits), and I advise you all to go get that mod too to go with this if you don't already have it. Don't ask me for bodyslide conversions either, I'm not that smart.
The only color option is shiny black. I will likely not work on color options, so no need to ask me.
I left ballistic weave options available for some items, because why not. Also legendary upgradeable.
The screenies you see of the female character with mine only use some accessories from this. The catsuit and the heels on that character are NOT from this mod.

You will notice that the "FemBorg" masks lack eyes in the sockets. This is kind of intentional because I didn't want to use too many of darklynxxx's Synth Swap assets in one go. I used enough as is. It does look fine without eyeballs, but my mod is intended to put the goggles over that. But all the more reason to also have Synth Swap installed! Glowing eyes look nice with what I did (and obviously lynxxx's own synth swap mod)
I gave the gasmask the same traits as the vanilla hazmat suit. This means you will be borderline immune to rads when you wear the gasmask. This isn't lore friendly or immersive, but if you want immersion, squeeze yourself into total enclosure and then strap on that mask!
All of the gear has a high sell price, because latex gear IRL is fucking expensive. Been there. ;_;
Gave the suits high rad resist and high electric resist, because its rubber. And that kind of thing does somewhat protect you from those hazards IRL. Hey guys, I used rubber gloves to handle car cables. Miss me with realism flex, this is a video game rofl
Females can wear all of the accessories, but like I said before, theres already an amazing suit option for females by Taohua. No need to ask me when females already got it way better than what my mod does!
Everything is craftable at the Chem Bench, under Latex Fetish Gear.

Don't give me too much crap for what I did. Apart from my heavy asset usage, I tried to make the most out of vanilla assets too. I'm not the most skilled person, but I did what I had the knowledge for. ^_^ If anyone likes this mod, and feel like they could help improve it (such as a normal map dds that makes flattering seams to the male suit), feel free to get with me in DMs! Let me know if you have problems. I did the best I could to ensure this wouldn't fuck up, before I uploaded it. But you never know. Neither do I.
I appreciate all of the mod authors who gave me permissions, none of their mods are requirements but I do at least encourage you to go pair up things like tao's catsuits, Nuvies Latex headgear, and darklynxxx's synth swap with this!
