So I have been wanting to do a spanking mod for Skyrim for quite some time now. I started trying to make one in 2018, but I was too overwhelmed at the time to figure out scripting so I abandoned it. I had a whole idea of how to implement such a theme into the world, but it felt too complex for me back then. Now, I've come to breathe a second life into it and see how far I can get. I can't promise anything at this early stage, which is why this post will mostly be for updating from afar on progress until I'm comfortable at having a beta product available.
As I continue to plan and build this out, I will update this page where I can, and I am happy to hear comments and suggestions. Obviously, we can see what can and cannot be added. It will be slow going as I am not master scripter, but I am aiming at slowly learning my way as I work my through.
As I go I hope to be able to show progress shots and information as well as updates on what I plan to do next. Let's see what I can do with this. I should also point out that regardless of the screenshots and textures used this is not a gay mod. It will be open to all users of different game set-up and preferences.
As I have started to work on this again, I have cleared out old information and will update it with a roadmap in due course. This is more of a passion project that I will work on as I learn more about modding and scripting.
Mod description and support information.
ABOUT
I've made a handful of spanking animations and I wanted to find a way to integrate these into the game a bit better. After some questions, queries and attempts I have been able to find some things that I can bring to integrate these animations into the game intuitively and bring a theme of discipline and punishment to Skyrim. The mod is not aimed at any particular gender/sex at this time and ideally will be open to all.
This mod is being built with AE in mind, but should work on SE jsut fine. It is not built with LE in mind.
FEATURES
This mod has the following features:
- spanking animations will now have a red skin texture applied to the buttocks throughout the animation that will fade in at the start of the spanking and fade out over time. It comes with customization options in an MCM menu.
PLANNED
Here are some of the things I am planning or currently working on adding to the mod:
- a spanking dialogue tree that can be used to initiate a spanking with any/select NPCs
- keywords and vairables to support varying options and outcomes, as well as to allow other mods to hook in
- erotic spankings may have a SexLab Aroused check where the NPC may accept or decline your advance
- punishment spanking may result in a brawl as the victim tries to struggle free
- a spanking quest line with original NPCs and rrepeatable elements to gain coin through
- guards can spank the player to slightly reduce the bounty on them and pacify the guard for a short time
- unique spanking animations built in and utilized through Sexlab integration (no SLAL required). A SLAL standalone may be offered
- more spanking animations (made by myself) offering a variety of poses and use of implements (objects).
REQUIREMENTS
As the mod is still a work-in-progress, below is just an indication of what mods will be required to run Discipline Born

The MCM is pretty basic right now with a config to add more spanking animations to the mod should there be any and change the event timings. I will share the config screen soon.
Spanking Textures: (need updated)
Currently there are three levels of spanking textures. The idea is that as the animation progresses, the character's backside will get redder. I am working on how this is applied with @CPU.
Here you can see a more apparent texture after about half way through the spanking.
This is a pretty well-spanked backside, the final texture for now.
Potential Ideas:
I will flesh this section out at a later date. Remove the old ideas for now.

- configuration menu: 10% - basic functionality implemented to control the application of the spanking marks during user-opted animations
- spell effects: 20% - test spell successfully implemented so work can start on perfecting the texture application
- dialogue trees: 10% - dialogues have been set for male/male interactions to test with additional pairings to follow
- textures: 25% - working on new and redoing existing textures for implement spankings.
- animations: 20% - working on creating more animations (currently planned: 5)
- questline: 10% - intro quest test created but designing interiors needed
- overall mod progress: 5%
