Using Light Placer for glowing jewelry

I've been playing around using Light Placer instead of ENB lights to add an actual emissive add glow to the bits I've been posting about. And the nice about that is you can set the color to change depending on a condition function. So change an actor's faction rank and the glow color changes.   ... which will be a lot more impressive if I can get the video clip to embed properly. Bear with me, this may take an edit or two.   https://i.imgur.com/TfOW8qs.mp4   Well, i

Words And Motion

Still working on this set of slave jewelry Where did I get to ... ?   I redid the nipple rings!     Mainly, I wanted them to use the same "SLAVE" capsules as the collar and cuffs. So there's that.     I also added an inscription, to the outside of the ring.  I wasn't entirely happy with the last attempt.     Its easy to miss in daylight, but it leaps out in the dark.   The inscription now reads:

Elegant Wrist Cuffs

So - cuffs to match the collar. Four capsules, and I've added some text in between in a fancy daedric font I found.   The text says:     Going to be lucky if anyone can see it well enough to read it let alone decipher it, but sometimes that's not the point.   Also added keywords so the wrist will function as ZaZ or DoM cuffs. The hands-behind pose works rather well with these items.     The bit of lens flair is an artifact of my over-enth

A more elegant slave collar

I woke up early and couldn't get back to sleep. So I started thinking that those collars were a bit on the brutalist side of the design fence. Nothing wrong with that, if that's what you want for your slaves, of course, but it did get me thinking about a more elegant approach.   How about a thin band of silver, culminating in two gold fittings that mount a glass capsule containing a glowing rune declaring the slave's legal status. I have it in mind that you'd craft one of these using g

Matching Collars

There's something relaxing about modelling. Scripting is a bit too close to my day job, and it always seems like work. Modelling though is just different enough to use different parts of the brain. It gives me a chance to unwind a little.   Which, I guess, is how come I came to make collars to go with the nip rings.     They're a bit rough at the moment. I want to dial down the "pitted" look on the collar, and maybe add some texture to the steel-looking bits. And t

Nipple Ring Progress

OK. So they still don't work. But they are getting closer!   Basically, only one of the beads is visible, and that one  is detached from the ring. But ... the lights work. And finally it starts to look like it was in my mind's eye when I started this project.     I should see if I can get some video of this one! The light source swings back and forth with her boobs and we get some wild shadows.

Glowing nipple rings. I mean, why not?

I got this idea to make glow-in-the-dark nipple rings. I mean why not, right?   I was using a pair of DomainWolf's Sharkish piercings for my girls, so I thought I'd use that as a starting point.     Not bad. They're certainly visible in the dark. I had hoped to make just the spheres glow and leave the ring unchanged, but that hasn't happened.   I can never remember this stuff when I come back to it so: what I did...   edited the .nif. Changed
