1)you are supposed to configure it to your likings 2)mechanic i guess 3) get pregnant, use drugs to produce milk 4)it makes you make milk, you can rarely find it on vendors and npcs, can buy it from npcs via dialogue, get fed in bound pumps, enable force feeding etc, not really but (with my patch) it adds another way to start lactating you'd need to edit settings or use some quest mods that will turn you into a productive cow

its complicated there used to be loli mod on the internet but idk if its updated for current rjw-rw, so no idea if you can do all age girls without much effort, you'd probably need to update it, good thing rw modding is easy, and you can use local llm so it wont judge you if you have little c# knowledge maybe... you'd need some romance mod that would allow romance score for all ages
