I'm on addictol 1.1 as i hadn't realised there was further releases until recently when i went to the page to help someone else and I've not been seeing any of these black face issues peeps mention

As i think i accidentally killed it, i built up my settlement complete with laser turrets providing about 700 defence quiet close as i wanted to use that patch of water near it to provide water for the settlement but then some of the settlers decided to go over to the bottling factory before i gave them jobs and pulled everything to my settlement which promptly got nuked by the turrets

Sounds like something went wrong earlier tbh... What do you have that is still equipped on your character that can't be removed?

In the addictol.toml file in the f4se/plugins folder try changing bFacegen: true to false And load a save before the crash and see if you can get through it

That mod list is 398 mods + whatever else you decided to install JB has a nice image of trying NR + A Shed ton of mods which i'm sure he will share I'd suggest follow his advice and make a new profile and then follow the manual and install only NR's hard + soft requirements and try playing with the roughly 100ish mods you'll end up with If your really determined you could i suppose install - Better Console https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/26582 (assume its not in that mod list) load up to where everything goes wrong and then trying to click on one of the NPC's that has gone mental and search through the extra info provided and see if you can identify the faction, then you might be able to use fo4edit to identify what adds that faction, if the last modified doesn't give it away This is a rabbit hole you will prolly spend a lot of time on, far more than doing the first suggestion

weapon debris (as lots of GPU's dont like them) is a common cause, google how to turn them off in the falloutprefs.ini If that doesnt work going to need a crash log so if you don't have it install addictol and its crash logger from https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/84214?tab=files recreate the issue and then post the crash log from \Documents\my games\Fallout4\F4SE

Copy the existing one (that had all mods) and give it a name that you remember and then just set anything not relevant to disabled Once done deploy on that new profile
