It is probably not loading the .esp as you are missing a requirement for it, double check you have installed all the hard requirements and anything they also require If you can't find anything missing then go C:\Users\YOURWINDOWSLOGIN\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\fallout4\profiles\YOURVORTEXPROFILEID And get the two .txt files plugins and loadorder and post so we can see what you have

I'd suggest completely uninstall CS, select delete archive and then re-install using install from file and this time when you go through the installer menu (FOMOD) only select patches for stuff you actually have installed i.e. no easy girl, no cwss, no nora secret, no vtaw as you don't appear to have any of those (far as i can tell trying to scroll through several pages of screenshots) If your not sure if you have installed the soft requirement then say no unless you actively remember installing a mod mentioned in the FOMOD

Posting the crashlog, mod list and load order (preferably as .txt files) would help with looking into your problem. When you say you crash at what point? starting a game? loading a save or before we even get to all that?

Sounds like you have another mod concealing the location as the minutemen camp in the slaver valley is its own cell and doesn't require going through any locked doors

That should be a regular shock not a lethal one Do you have mods either reducing health or increasing damage? Without going through his dialogues i think you will be a bit screwed if you try doing true ending

This is the installer menu that comes with the mod (FOMOD) you need to click the patches icon in the lower right and actually run through it Once you've been through all of the options the menus provide and click finish the mod will be installed and you should get a notification in the area i mentioned

After selecting install from file and selecting nuka ride you should get a notification here Asking to enable the mod or if the mod contains multiple .esp's whether to enable all of them or not If you missed that notifcation for some reason then deploy and go to the plugins table and manually change to enabled

Do you have any other mods that amend or add keywords to clothes? I'd try loading fallout editor (FO4Edit) with everything selected and then go to asa.esp and find an item of clothes that you get shocked while wearing and checking if anything else has been added to it as i think some peeps that had mods that turned clothes into armor had the same issue but isn't one i've had/used to know the exact specifics

This happens if your sex atttributes submissive/dominate value is +10 or greater (prolly from picking rebel dialogue options) Once its below 10 you can wear clothes (or keep it high and be naked) If you are below 10 then its prolly from trying to wear default vanilla clothes as only "sexy" onces from Asa or the soft compatibiity mods are allowed If you selected the patches for them in the FOMOD

I've enjoyed both the Nora and Norrita route in NR but i don't think the Nora route needs to maintain the darker feel tbh Norrita feels more like how a princess handled a set of situations Nora feels more like how you became a princess So i think there is a level of parity by the time you have reached the end of the Nora quest line (currently) as the overboss sees you as more than an asset (to golden globes) or a fuck toy so while he may be willing to go further when he feels Nora has disobeyed him it felt like there was genuine affection/attachment in the final part where he gifted the player the red rocket settlement I think the further growth there is more around why Nora would want to please the overboss (as anything physical has been pretty much been done especially if you arrived via CS) so more psychological than with Norrita who might respond more to the "do X or i'll spank you" reasoning
