I think it was Star Trek on either the TRS-80 or the Commodore Pet.

 

As a kid, I remember one of my friends at the time referred to the TRS-80 as the "Trash-80", but I never knew why, only that I thought it was funny.

I don't have the vaguest fuckin' idea. I'm pretty old. EDIT: Maybe it was a game in the Ultima series, but it was underground, Ultima Dungeon, or Ultima Underworld, something like that. So I guess I do have at least the vaguest idea.

If we are talking consoles, than it was Asteroids on the Atari 2600, if we are talking PCs we played Star Fleet Battles on a friend's Apple 2C when I was in the Marine Corps in the 80s.

I don't remember this game, but we had a lot of sports games (e.g. ski and golf games). Also, I really liked a helicopter/tank shooting game as a child, I managed to find it once on Youtube, but I don't remember the name.

I used to play the game skiing myself, & either Eddie Edwards Super Ski or Olympic Skier.

I did not start PC gaming till 2020 when the world closed for business. Skyrim on X Box since release, 360 then xbox one x.
