redmond Posted May 13, 2018 Posted May 13, 2018 Thanks for this, any reason you limited the sliders to 5? Would prefer to be able to set higher values for some things.

Edit the config.json in notepad then... just look for the slider you want and change the MAX value to whatever you desire. Simple as breathing.

onebdjoe Posted May 16, 2018 Posted May 16, 2018 I do not use MO2 so I installed it manually and it seems to have cause F4SE to crash on launch. What does MO2 do with the files that manually installing does not?

I had the same problem I found out it was the meta.ini file in the mod if you installed it just delete it ,just use the config. file drop it in the MCM folder. 2
Bluddax Posted May 16, 2018 Posted May 16, 2018 Lockpicking minigame isn't working, it's still random.

It did. I think this is my bad, I may have turned it ON at some point, then loaded the game back to when it was turned OFF. Just checked that now. So my bad. Side note, the rank 4 on locksmith, the bobbi pins still break. i can understand we don't want it to be too easy, but at least give me an extra pin or 2 to use. but hey, atleast it works. Thanks for the help and for hearing me out
slonez1 Posted May 17, 2018 Posted May 17, 2018 Can anyone help me install with NMM? I'm working on getting MO2 going, but it's a lot to move over. EDIT: nm, i just installed this one thing in mo2

Can you give me some pointers on what I did incorrectly? five_by_five Posted May 17, 2018 Posted May 17, 2018 The wording in the MCM help text seems to indicate the difficulty multiplier works the other way around than with the console commands (where according to Kimy's description 2 is hardest, 9 is easiest)? Or maybe I am parsing the wording of the original description wrong, it seems counterintuitive at any rate. Quote from DD 2.0's description: " Decrease the value for higher difficulty and increase it to lower it. "

I just wanted to post here to let folks know where to make the changes. DO make the changes by R-clicking the mod in MO2, and going to filetree. Default location= (C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\ModOrganizer\FO4\mods\Deviously Cursed Menu\MCM\Config\Deviously Cursed Wasteland\config.json). cheers, good luck!

eternalgamer7 Posted June 18, 2018 Posted June 18, 2018 I'm having real trouble with this mod. I use NMM, and when i install this mod it dosen't show up in the MCM. I've tried Deleting the meta.ini file, and tried installing the mod as is, niether worked. Can anybody help me?
Guest Posted September 28, 2018 Posted September 28, 2018 Easy way to install this (if anyone is having trouble) is to put the file called "Deviously Cursed Wasteland" [Deviously Cursed Menu>MCM>Config>Deviously Cursed Wasteland] into your [Fallout 4>Data>MCM>Config] folder. Super easy, you don't need a MO to do it, it's not complicated.
