Ive got the same issue as Roarr. Updated SCR to newest version, Breader Data pack v9, pack preg set, the Nif files are there, same locations.

 

I can open the Pack outfit in Nifscope and it displays there with the proper textures, but in game it appears as if the SCR may not have the outfit linked to the proper mesh file.

 

I can look in Geck if you want me to.

 

Edit: Looked in Geck and that is the problem, the armor in Geck is pointing to the nif location being armor/packoutfit.nif which it should be armor/breeder/packoutfit.nif

 

Its an error in the SCR esm

 

Not something i really wanna mess with since its an esm and i dont like messing with those.

 

 

The simple solution for the moment is simply to move or copy the PackOutfit.nif from the breeder mesh folder up one level into simply the Armor folder, and it works fine there.

 

I didnt check any of the preg versions though to see if they are properly pointed though.

You guys aren't using the right version of SCR then. That was fixed in the latest.

 

As I said in the update notes you need 09 not 08. It's in the second post of the scr thread.

i'm having issue at the drive-in after the gang is done and my character is rag dolling on the floor a nightstalker shows up instead of a coyote and it just stands there and do nothing. i have the latest 11,09 version of pregnancy/scr

Ok so I got Fenris finally... but I get the message where he "plays" with me and I fall to the ground... but then nothing happens. I get stuck standing there while sex sounds play and I constantly gain "Sex" exp. Is this a known bug or something that got fixed already?

my guess is the sex exp is fucking it up. Or another mod you're using. Possibly lust. I'm just pulling things out of my ass though because you've broken the first 3 rules of reporting bugs in my thread.

I believe it takes 8 pups turned in to fill the cave. The last event right now is the two coyotes chasing each other. I do need more events for the cave. There are 3 bed events. I played around quite a bit with him and did find some inconsistencies for the next update. Nothing major though.

 

so far

Fixed a few conditions on direction and sex topics with Fenris after he's taken control from you.

Changed Fenris's map marker to match cave name.

Gave dog offspring the same "goodbye' topic coyotes have

You can now put dog and coyote pups in your backpack.

Sex with Fenris now restores some health.

Scorpion nest episode has been disabled until further notice

 

 

Being able to carry pups is pretty neat for when you're out on the road and want to take them with you. I'm thinking of giving him a little more health but a little less damage.

 

I wish you guys would tell me any suggestions or what you think of him. There's been 150 downloads already.

I think he works great so far. As for suggestions I could think of a couple more.

while leading

1. have him challenge the alpha male in the coyote cave when he tries to mount you while Fenris is with you

(once in a while event)

2. have some type of special event when he comes in contact with other specific dogs in the wasteland (like violets dog or sunny smiles dog)

3. 1 or 2 more sleep events ( a doggy 69, fighting for blankets or pushing one another out of the bed or waking the player up because they want to play)

4. have an occasional event where fenris gets thirsty and you give him some water if you have some in your inventory

while being led

1. have him occasionally stop at fresh water areas to play in the water or get a drink.

2. have him occasionally steal an item from the player that they have to chase him down to get it back

3. have the player occasionally go into heat every so often(once or twice a month after mutation)

4. add a coyote mutation ( no str penalty for eating raw meats low light vision and the ability to go into heat)

 

ideas for den

1. a campfire for cooking food on.

2. a couple random events with the pups (tug of war with a rope, wrestling, rubbing behind the ears chasing balls and petting)

 

idea for mutation event

 

Have fenris drop a holotape as one of his random item gifts. Have it lead the player to an abandoned cave or house with 2 evolved centaurs/ super mutants, and a dead ghoul scientist. on the ghouls body have the player find a syringe of stolen mutagen and a note or journal (from the ghoul) explaining that the ghoul scientist worked for the supermutants master on a project to grant the super mutants and nightkin with better perception, increased loyalty, animal like senses, and restore their ability to bear children (mutagen having the effect of adding the coyote mutation/ dog mutation when used by the player)

Fun ideas thanks. I'm going to try and make a new plant that grows around Fenris's Den that when consume will double the litter size on his "breed" option.

just did a quick google search and found this could be used for fenris. Would probably be easier then making a plant and could be added to the work bench as a recipe.

I haven't had a chance to play with the new episode that much yet but it seems a lot more sophisticated than the previous episodes! I don't remember Sam having a companion wheel or on-sleep events which is all p. cool.

 

A few quick impressions/suggestions:

 

1. The coyote alpha really takes his time walking back to the den after he rescues you. I don't know why but after trying the mod a couple of times, it seems to stick out. I don't know what to suggest.

 

2. In the coyote den, I couldn't seem to get the workbench, uh, working? Does it just activate when you have all the components for the two items and give them to you?

 

3. Add a run/walk toggle for Fenris. Maybe it's my char's low AGI, but somehow she just can't keep up with him.

 

4. Ridable Fenris? I know he is already ridable in one sense ("ahah") but it might be fun to get on his back and either have him lead or you pilot him depending on who's alpha. He's definitely big enough.

 

Okay that's all. Nice work! Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

1. You can just go to the cave and wait for the alpha to show up.

2. It just adds the items to your inventory when you have the required ingredients.

3. I will see about adding speed options to him. Might just be as simple as modifying his speedmult.

4. lol would be cool but that one's just outside my ability.

Here are few suggestions for things you could add for Fenris:

1. Other dens/ the ability to move to a different den.

2. The ability to kidnap various npcs to bring to the den and use for breeding (So your character isn't alone in supplying the pups)

3. Something raiding the den, creating a demand for more pack mates. (Thus making a need for more pups.)

4. The ability to travel with pack mates that aren't Fenris.

I don't know I've never had to use it. If you just save, exit out, and reload she'll probably pop back.

i found it its just "player.placeatme "Item/NPC ID" and done, works well for most disappearing items and things falling through the ground.

 

so i played through the Den did all the hunts, got Fenris, made the Pack outfit (with I love btw) then followed Fenris to his den, and started a cute little family, turning the pup in worked flawlessly, had no trouble turning in meat either, there was an instance where a message saying Fenris returned to his den kept popping up, but I 'resurrected' him and it fixed it

I'll look into the message. it's only suppose to pop up once if you make him wait a few days without bringing him back his meat.
