This actually turned out to be quite a fight. Their boar riders are very tough when backed by a group: Stopped by the Greybeards to finish getting Fos'Do'Rah. My master insisted on sticking close by while I got subjected to all the Greybeards' voices. Lucky for him it turns out he's one of the few that can withstand their voices as well: Vorstag escorting a client. Dude still insists on being a nudist, guess that's just his thing: Had to take a fort. Seems the Imperial forces are growing weak as it was a pretty easy task: Getting ready for the final assault on Solitude. Muiri and Lydia decided some of our troops needed a morale boost before the battle: Time for the assault. To their credit the Imperials mustered up a final show of strength and put up a hell of a fight trying to keep us out of Caste Dour: Finally infiltrated Castle Dour. General Tullius just looked depressed. It was a pretty anti-climatic final showdown: Sadly I didn't get any screenshots of the battle worth showing. It ended pretty quickly. Just my character, Galmar, and Ulfric trampling Rikke and Tullius. And with that the Civil War questline is over: Skyrim is now firmly in control of the Stormcloaks. I've seen some people working on the concept but their algorithms are still WIP. Nothing yet that isn't just basic shapes that looked like they were saved in a JPG format that had a stroke.

I think the girls of the Orphan's Tear probably wish otherwise. Apparently I'm supposed to investigate this campsite. I need a way to kill time till morning when I can see what I'm doing. They say that vigorous exercise is a good way to keep warm, but I'm not sure it's the best approach in this instance. [edit] No particular narrative - I just liked the look of this one. Sadly, the people staying there proved to be unfairly prejudiced against werewolves. I'm sure they'll warm to me, once I finish warming up myself. 1

The main dungeon is long, boring, makes no sense and feels like the mod author wanted to pack all various Skyrim dungeons into one. I was already fed up by the end of the draugr section only to suddenly be tossed into a Blackreach clone. I like Blackreach itself, but I can only stomach one Blackreach in my game. Becasue it is (was) unique. I don't want a second Blackreach. The story is about killing a dragon. Why am I now wasting a 4th or 5th hour on a wild goose chase which could probably be done in less than half an hour? Why was there a need to force me to drag around a bunch of completely cliche and uninteresting characters, who with their AWFUL vanilla Skyrim follower logic keep walking into me, bumping into me, or walking right into my line of sight when I'm shooting a bow or tossing a spell?
