If you are looking for suggestions, a few I'd love to see that maybe you might find inspiring:

• Pearl panties (if Sims 4 can get them looking like pearls and not just like a thong)
• Crop tops that fall straight from the breasts & nipples so they hang away from the body.  Including some that would be "acceptable", not just underboob NSFW.
• Expanding out your "wardrobe malfunction" variants to include an acceptable and a drenched/sheer version.  While adding transparency is straighforward, I'm picturing something like a silk blouse that also now molds to the body with serious pokies.
• Side boob exercise clothing.
• More cameltoe (mesh) tights/shorts.
• Strapped on butterfly vibrator w/ cord to remote in garter/pantyhose.
• Inserted egg vibrator (vaginal preferred, though anal would likely also be popular) w/ cord to remote in garter/pantyhose.

The last two kind of cross the line from clothes to accessories, but they would be worn.

Also something that might be a game limitation - even with open-bottom skirts, it seems like the when sitting (esp. exercising on weight machines) that you don't get a good upskirt view.  Is that something that is possible?

The only part you should make a variant of is the anal bead, as I won't wear it in public if that sticks out of my butt! ? (But my sim could still wear it ?)

 

In any case, I really love the final result! And now that I observe it in your model, I can even notice one more cool fact I didn't realize before.

Depending on what you wear with it, it can fit different contexts. For instance, if you wear it with high heels as you did, it perfectly fits indoor luxury contexts (home, villas) but also many public places (seaside chic restaurants, modern art museums, etc).

On the other hand, if you wear it in white colour, with a matching pair of white Adidas Superstar sneakers (that would be my major use in real life), it would be so perfect for both a sea city coast walking and casual shopping or even for a photoshoot session to share on Instagram.

 

If you weren't a 3D modeler, you could probably work as a fashion stylist in my country (Italy), as you seem to be very talented! ?

You are very kind! ? In my country, many of the clothes you designed are very common to be worn by girls in real life.

This specific model is nothing more than a swimsuit monokini, except for its free back. But that's what makes it very special to me! ?

Of course I won't wear it with that ball popping out, that would be a bit indecent! ? But with that part fitting inside it would be just adorable! ??

 

As for the different plugs, if you are open to suggestions, I would propose you a steel buttplug with a coloured decorative diamond that could be round or heart-shaped. The swimsuit fabric could just reach the thinner part of the buttplug, that one between the inner plug and the outer diamond, and get tied around it with the shape of a ring. If that fabric ring would have a button to open-close it when necessary, then one same bodysuit could be shared with different plugs, for even more realism (but maybe this is more appropriate to real life rather than a game, I guess!) ?

@ChodeWarrior   Have you extracted files from the .zip. Sometimes when i'm tired happen to me to put directly some .zip files in the mod folder.

In the future can you give more detailed names for the package files? there are only some things that I want and I cant figure out what's what. Also if you could make a separate download for the clothes that are less revealing (no exposed boobies and such) in the pack that would also be cool. I still like a bit of mystery haha

I do try to name them as detailed as i can ?, it's just i sometimes lack the imagination ??, though you can download sims4studio and see what is inside .package files

If You would do the first one, add version with small line from that pink bow around, so that it would seem that this bow has a sense per se ? 
IMO beside that one, white and black lingeries from these pics are best ones.
