Goblins & opinions: What style do you prefer?

I'd like to ask your opinion in a certain matter, That matter being a certain WIP race. (take a guess)

Things change, black becomes grey and children become adults. So did my concept of a goblin.

 

My question to you: 1st Gen. or 2nd Gen. goblins?

I prefer the Gen 1 Goblins since they have a cuter look to them.

as always... nothing is black or white (you have to choose, that it is - only for yourself)... why not mix them... generation 2 as the "elder" ones... and generation 1 as the younger generation... even in live itself there is no trend to look all the same... evolution is change... even in outlook

Both are cool, but I like gen 1 better. Maybe gen 1 with gen 2 ears...

Lot's of choices is always nice, but personally if I could only have one or the other, I prefer the gen 1 look.

I didn't notice the ears much at all. 1st-gen 2-gen because  your mind or your mood changed, or you added some software?

My skyrim will never look as good as yours. But mostly my eyes focused in on your character's eyes, and then her thighs.

I clipped a pic of what looks like blocky shadows in gen 1 (I think) and gen 2 might be a little dark, but like I said all your stuff is much better than anything I've ever seen.

The blocky shadows are part of working with an simple graphics card (2GB max). i had to play skyrim at 15 frames /second because of the enb i was running.

Some say that eyes are the windows to the soul, and i've taken that to heart. You can have everything right and almost realistic, but if the eyes are wrong.... then everything is wrong.

 

I added a new computer worth of power to my arsenal. Instead of 2gb max, it now is 4gb. Shadows are deeper because of manual tweaks to the ini. file and using better skin-textures. (Fair skin complexion is lighter than demoniac)

well I always loved Goblins ever sense I played Warhammer long time ago Goblins and skavens.  Thanks will try it out.

i got a few goblin-presets to help you on you way. ( i suggest engi, because of decent skeleton)

I like the V2... as it is less cartoonish.

I'll go with gen two. I'm not that big a fan of overly cartoon-like characters in Skyrim. And the big eyes of gen one looks like they're staring into my soul, which is a dark and scary place that no one should see.
