Summary

 

Batheile is a beautiful battle-mage/sorceress who wields a shield and summons the power of lightning and ice. Though she excels at magic, she has limited knowledge in physical combat, and therefore does not use most types of long range and melee weapons, but can fight at close quarters using her shield. She will gladly aid you in combat, and will ride side by side with you during your travels. She is sometimes seen near the mysterious Lady Stone, or occasionally relaxing at the Frostfruit Inn in Rorikstead. Being a foreigner in Skyrim, Batheile may entrust you to give her a fashion makeover when she is in your party.

Background

 

Legend speaks of a secret and forgotten cult‒likely the most powerful group among Dibellan sects‒which served the goddess of beauty through erotic rituals and sacrifices. It is said that their worshippers, some of whom possessed demigod-like powers, were directly descended from the goddess herself. Once in every generation, a newborn girl was handpicked by Dibella to serve as her regent, who would receive great power and beauty by bathing in her divine breast milk and bodily fluids. The chosen one would henceforth be revered as the Endowed.

 

People have varying opinions as to the cause of the cult's demise. Most treat the stories as mere myth, while some believe that descendants of Dibella are real, and a few still exist scattered all over Tamriel. Conspiracy scholars have traced a bloodline which originates from an uncharted island to the far north, believed to be the portal by which immortals and deities crossed over. No outsider has been able to reach the island, and scholars have yet to find evidence of the ancestry of the local inhabitants.

 

 

 

Profile

 

Batheile is the youngest princess of a little-known remote island in the far north. On the night she was born, cold and raging storm winds destroyed their home, causing her family to attempt to flee the island. The infant Batheile was almost frozen from head to toe when a mysterious lady had compassion on her and healed her. Since that day, she has has spent a great deal of time searching for answers about her origin and purpose.

 

Being the last heiress to her family's throne, Batheile grew up rarely being allowed to leave the island or interact with outsiders. Nevertheless, she learned to become an adept mage who can conjure the power of the storm. Despite her frigid environment, she has never been accustomed to wearing thick armor, and instead depends on her trusty shield for physical protection.

 

After years of study and training, Batheile was deemed ready to venture beyond her island. Accompanied by a small party consisting of her loyal steed and one of her best bodyguards, she has embarked on a journey to Skyrim, in an attempt to restore her clan. She hopes to achieve this through an audience with Dibella, believing that it was the goddess who saved her life years ago, by granting her the power of the Endowed.

Installation

1. Download and install SKSE and XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended.
2. (highly recommended) Download and install the mods listed under the Recommendations section above.
3. (optional) Download and install the mods listed under the Optional Recommendations section above.
4. (if necessary) If previous versions of this mod were installed, uninstall them completely.
5. Download the files Batheile the Endowed (parts 1-5).7z, Batheile the Endowed (parts 6-10).7z, Batheile the Endowed (parts 11-15).7z, Batheile the Endowed (parts 16-20).7z, Batheile the Endowed (parts 21-25).7z, Batheile the Endowed (parts 26-30).7z, and Batheile the Endowed (parts 31-34).7z, and extract their contents into a single common directory.
6. Extract Batheile the Endowed.7z.001 into any directory.
7. Using a mod manager such as NMM, manually add the archive file Batheile the Endowed v#.#.#.7z, and install.
8. Download the files Batheile_the_Endowed_(update)_v#.#.#.7z.001, Batheile_the_Endowed_(update)_v#.#.#.7z.002, and Batheile_the_Endowed_(update)_v#.#.#.7z.003, and place them in a single common directory.
9. Extract Batheile_the_Endowed_(update)_v#.#.#.7z.001 into any directory.
10. Install the file Batheile the Endowed (update) v#.#.#.7z, extracted from step 9.
11. When NMM asks to confirm overwrite, choose "YES" or "YES TO ALL".

• outfit options are still limited; you may create compatible outfits through BodySlide and Outfit Studio
• please minimize dis/mounting of horses during combat to avoid potential bugs
• please use Batheile's built-in dialogue option for changing her outfit instead of the outfit-change options that come with follower overhaul mods (if you have any installed) to avoid potential bugs

Are you sure? It should be there. Please check the last screenshot for the exact location of the item in Riverwood. If you still can't find it, please let me know. So that I may examine the upload files again to fix that.

It is pretty much the same, but this is also uploaded here to make way for the possibility of adding certain features that may be prohibited on the Nexus but accepted here.

LOL. Well, I did indicate how to do it in the installation instructions.

 

Create a new folder anywhere you want. Name it anything you want, say "Folder 1" for example.

 

Download all the files in the download page. Move all of them into "Folder 1".

 

Extract contents of each file into the same folder. Look for the file named Batheile the Endowed.7z.001 and extract it's contents.

 

The file named Batheile the Endowed v#.#.#.7z is the mod file (#s representing the version number). You can add this archive file to NMM or any mod managing tool. You may then delete the other files, as this is the only file you really need.

 

 

The reason I divided the main file into several smaller parts is because it is too big to be uploaded directly here as a single file, and I did not like to use an external download source. Also having several small files is better for slow or unstable internet users, as downloading big files tend to fail if the internet connection is not up to the task.

I meet all the file requirements and have installed the file as per your instructions. The journal is behind the inn; however, the crystal is not there. I can add it to my inventory via the console, but the quest trigger does not pop that way.

If i may make a suggestion (might be more work than worth it, though... not sure):

If she becomes a milk maid via MME and her breasts increase even further, her top will "explode", switching to something like an open corset rather than a top. Bonus points if i can use that outfit for my own character as well.

That's odd. The items should be there. ? I have tested it just recently, and I haven't encountered any problems.

 

Maybe you could try reinstalling it.

LOL. That is actually a great idea. But you are also right that it will be way to much work. That is some high level modding. Maybe an expert modder (not me) can do something like that. ?

I am not sure if you did screw something up. But if you got the other parts except one, usually, re-downloading and/or re-extracting should do the trick.

From my experience, if the file you downloaded is corrupted, it could be because of this website. Sometimes I also get corrupted files from here. It could be a problem with their servers or something. After a few days everything goes back to normal.

They are slightly different. But nothing major. Either of the two should function the same way.

I love this follower, I appreciate it when people who make companions actually have their companions interact with the world outside of the player character. Like having to actually track down Batheile is awesome.

Also, her nsfw interaction actually provides gameplay benefits. So that's a welcome sight as well. I like eye candy, but I also appreciate eye candy with a purpose.

The way you have packaged everything has made it unopenable on my end. On two different computers. Would have liked to have given this mod a try, but I'm going to have to give a hard pass on this. If placing it all in one file is doable, I'd do it if I were you.

If I recall correctly, I think there's a limit to the size of the file you can upload here on LL, which is why I split it like that. But I will take your suggestion. I'll try to upload a whole file if I can.

 

As for the corrupted download, I myself have also encountered that here on LL. Yes, even when I tried to test DL my own mods. But it is usually just a temporary issue based on my experience. What I do is I wait (ranging from minutes to days) and try to re-download the file that got corrupted. So far it has always worked for me. ?‍♂️
