More Nasty Critters Special/Anniversary Edition

When I launch the game with both MNC and CF enabled I get CTD before main menu, but separately both MNC and CF work. What could it be?

Also, here's crash log file if it's any help. I see "Spriggan Earth Mother" mentioned a lot, but have no idea what it actually means

Pretty sure I'm not, but even if there is one I'm not aware of nearby, could it really cause a crash? It happens before main menu, so I don't even get the chance to load my save

well that is odd then, i have no clue why your game/log is seeing a Spriggan, that makes no fucking sense at all.

How do you figure? Because if you tried to open it and it didn't work, that doesn't mean it's broken. You must select all three files, right click on any of them and select "Extract"

I try to do that, but windows 11 won't allow me, and when I did it like in the mp4 and opened the files one by one in 7.zip, 7.zip says, that the second archive, isn't an archive. It seems to have a problem with the .002 in it's file name, a problem that the other files don't have. For some weird reason, the file won't download as an archive or any of the sorts, where as the other files, don't have any problem at all.

I think I know why it doesn't work. In retrospect, it should've been obvious... It just doesn't work with Enderal. The reason it took me so long to realize it is that I thought it worked without Creature Framework enabled, but it actually didn't work as, without CF, the .esp file simply didn't load.

 

Well, at least I think so. Could be totally wrong though

What do you mean by "windows 11 won't allow me"?

For some reason, winrar or 7.zip don't give me the option to extract all of them at the same time.

Okay, my bad, I indeed have that option, but I can only extract the first part, I just tried to extract them all, but the other 2 files aren't seen as archives for some reason. I tried to download them again, but they still won't work.

Are you absolutely sure you're extracting from the right archives? Because it looks like you already extracted the mod and are now trying to extract from this mod's archive together with the last two volumes you downloaded

I have downloaded the mod again just recently and it's working just fine, It is weird how many people is having this kind of error so often

Also, did you try simply extracting from the first archive while the other two are in the same directory? Because that's how mp4 shows it and it should work

I am extracting from the right archives, the picture with the 3 files I posted, are the files I downloaded, and from them, I try to extract the files. I can open the first file, the others won't. I always get the error message that they are either from an unknown format, or damaged. Or when I try to unpack all, I just get an error from Volume 2 and 3.

I just rewatched the video again, and tried to do it yet again. But I discovered something, and I don't know if it affects the extraction or not. In the video, each of these files got the type 001 File, 002 File and 003 File, where as 001 has WinRAR Archive as a file type. Could that be a reason?

Well, on your screenshot it shows that you're trying to extract from "MoreNastyCrittersSE_v15_1A.7z" when it should be from "MoreNastyCrittersSE_v15_1A(SplitVolumeFile).7z.001".

 

It also shows that you're extracting mod files, which can't be possible if you're extracting from the right archives
