Umm, I checked this one out and saw that the folders were named in some incomprehensible gibberish, something full of random symbols - at least that's how it turned up for me, but from the images in the first folder, I'm guessing those are the hair mods/something to do with the character's face I guess? so does that mean the second folder there is the mod for the camel toe vaginas?

Folders might be in japanese, to solve it you can press CTRL+E in winrar and select  "932 (ANSI/OEM) Japanese (Shift-J)"
You will be able to correctly view and extract the file now.

Checking back after a long time of not playing PBS. Has there been any discussion on other websites about how not all the girls have working bandages/pasties during the finishers? I don't remember which girls have the issue, but I have still kept one screenshot where the problem can be seen. If anyone knows if someone has fixed that issue, I would greatly appreciate to know how to do so as I am looking to have the game modded with light beam removed + bandages on all the girls.

i don't know about bandages personally but my problem is that ... whenever a 3D model is on the screen the game crashes ...

It will be inside a folder with numbers with a file titled savedata001.dat with the number part of the filename determining which save slot it will be.

Cause I installed the game in other Disk instead of Disk C:\ and only Disk C:\ is formatted after reloading Windows

Are you playing the game with Steam's Cloud Save enabled? Steam has a habit of downloading cloud saves and wiping any existing saves when the game starts up. One workaround to this is to open Peach Beach Splash and then afterwards you do any changes you would like to do with your save data.

Yes, that. Go with the workaround I mentioned earlier to circumvent Steam downloading saves from the cloud during the game startup by editing saves after the game loads and keep the game running. You can then exit the game when you are done with the save editing and any edits will then be uploaded to the Steam cloud.

I was away from this forum in general for some time (and the game even longer than that (PBS sucks T-T)).

Regarding which mods are compatibles and which mods are not...

First of all, the vast majority of the mods on the OP were made before update 1.08+ update so if any of these mods had any kind of change made in their texture (the vast majority) it will likely crash your game (if you're on 1.08+ update). These mods have .jpg or .png texture and after the update the game will only accept .dds

 

Some of these mods had been "fixed" ( not actually fixed but had their texture converted to .dds which made them work again), and these fixed mods have a Link specific for the update. So only use them if you are playing on aforementioned update if you are on previous version use the old mods, they are smaller and prettier. (.dds have some limitations regarding texture which makes the files larger and slightly deprecated).

 

Now for people who want to use "newer" mods on their game. feel free to do so since all new mods only have their textures in .dds and since it's the original game accepted texture it won't cause any issue. 

With all that said, a small reminder:

 

Always backup your game files before installing any mod.

After you download a mod, if it's winrar/zip/7z open it and check what file it will rewrite then go back to your game and backup that file.

If your game breaks you will know what caused it and you will already have fix for it, don't wait for it to break and you feel frustrated or even worse you go attack the mod author for breaking your game. By having a working backup you may even help a fellow player with the same problem in the future.

Hey , I just got the game on steam , and I wanted to play using mods ( i never play online ) , but I'm so confused I don't know what to do , people saying that mods aren't working anymore or that due to VAC its prohibited , so that discourages me , and I also have difficulties on how to install em I'm not sur if I'm proceeding the right way when I do cause the ones i tried caused my game to crash , if anyone has links to mods that are actually working I would appreciate that so much ❤️

Almost all mods on the OP will not work with 1.08 update.
Compatible mods will have "for update 1.08→" below it. If the mod you want does not have it, you either ignore that mod or use version 1.06 there are some tutorial on how to downgrade your game on the internet.
