I was able to get Rinka and Ranka working.  Just renamed the hr container to replace the H and maybe the L versions. Then make sure your character has the matching hair color template set as their default aka hair00_EE.dds if you want it exactly with everything. If I put Rinka's hair in Yomi's hair slot,  it is locked to the default hair slot of the character.

If your talking about the Full Nude, then I know that theres already a mod for it, but I understand that it has to go in tandem with the bubbles outfit. What I want is a underwear thats transparent regardless of the outfit the its being worn. Actually now that I mention it I think I kind of mixed up some of EV mods, there was Renkas bikini and there was one mod the made underwear 11 invisible, I don't remember very well. Well sorry if I sound rude, I didn't mean to.

Nothing's published for that yet for people that don't have DLC.

Update- Got it to work finally lol

That's mainly caused by packed server or to much traffic going on with their server.
