From what I've read, Sexiles is not coming back. It would take too much effort to make it work with current version of the game.

 

So a new mod was made -  BeyondTheatrics - A scene composition mod.

This one should be more future proof and compatible as it doesn't overwrite any base game assets. It lacks many features of Sexiles mod and supports only player interactions, but the first version was released just a few days ago..

In it's current state it only features synchronized animations between players, but it has an API in place to allow other modders to add their own animations to it.

I have tested BeyondTheatrics - A scene composition mod, and it works with new build of the game and works with thralls and PVP, unless I am doing something wrong, males do not get erect, but could be another adult mod I have conflicting, I will have to look into this issue, but will work with sorcery build.

BeyondTheatrics was made as ''cash grab''. They got most of the animation from sexiles, set a patreon page and then promised they'd add more :S

Just get Devious Desires https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2300463941 This ones have vanilla female body parts spawn (in case you want some variety while having a body mod installed), and add different types and sizes of penis (you can also control it's erection... can even make it spin lol). You can set thralls on each other, threesome, and even lend thralls (for partner scene) to players outside clan.
