The Dreaded T-Pose

So, getting back into modding and some debauchery in Skyrim once again. Never had a problem before when I would use a whole slew of mods, but this time around I can't seem to escape the dreaded T-pose when using just a few mods and having their essentials. I tried loading the Skeletons (XP32 Maximum Skeleton Edition) as the very last thing and making sure they weren't overwritten. Also running FNIS and no errors. I'm pretty much stuck on what to do and hoping I can get some advice to get things up and running smoothly.

EDIT - All mods are current released versions

Here is my current mod list:

Maybe?

Never had a problem with running FNIS like that with ALOT more mods then what I got running this time around, so I don't really see it messing things up this time.

I thought it might be a skeleton issue or something but, IDK. I just load up the mods, check the requirements and load orders on each mod page. But this time around, can't seem to get it all working right.

the cause of the problem is XMPSE which FNIS is reading as version 6.1

XMPSE (last version i saw posted) should be 3.94 not 6.1 ...so something is definitely wrong here

i would suggest you re-install XMPSE (maybe even re-download it) then run FNIS again

My FNIS gives XPMSE v6.1 and I don't have problems. KageTiga should untick Gender Specific animations from the patches list and then see how things go.

From the FNIS page on Nexus:

GENDER specific animations: in Skyrim only a few animations are defined gender specific (different animations in the "Animations/female" and "Animations/male" folder. This patch allows you to make other animations gender specific provided they are "properly" created by the animators, see the Note). If you want to use such animations (e.g xp32's New Animation Pack, dualsun's Pretty Combat Idles, or NonokuraSan's Female Animation Pack), simply copy them into your "Animations/female" (or "male"), and use this patch.

Looking at the OP's mod list s/he doesn't seem to be using any of the mods in blue above, just the usual/common animation packs.

Having the gender patch checked or not doesn't matter in my experience, at least not havin it when not necessary.

Another thing that doesn't matter at all is the load order of XPMSE. What DOES matter is the install order. Drag&drop it down if using MO or whatever changes the order in your prefered manager, reinstall in case of doubt.

I've messed around with the load order putting the skeleton last and even trying with LOOT and still getting a Tpose with this set

I have been having issues with the dreaded T pose as well. The thing is, it's not for all my animations, but only for the ones I have recently installed (RohZima, Billy, & Mike24's). All of my Funnybizness animations and the animations that come with Sexlab by default all work fine. I'm going to try reinstalling XPMSE, because as Valcon767 mentioned, XPMSE should be version 3.94. Didn't do anything.

https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/68000?tab=files I found to be trouble free ...what i have found is some mods try to overwrite your skeleton never NEVER let anything overwrite your skeleton. Now I have found some saves get corrupted as mods change as do load orders and a t-pose will happen this can be avoided very simply. Always have and use a safety load point and then load your save you wish to use...what does that mean... it means a clean save that you should have created after you installed your meshes, textures and skeleton in essence after your created your character. I like to find a place with no people aka npcs, sky, weather or anything around that will interfere with that load and save point. coc qasmoke is a good place this is where you make a hard save. This is the load point from where you start your game not the save you want to play.. after game loads your safety load  then load your save you want to play... This saves many headaches and will avoid t-poses in many saves and gives you a good point to mod from without making a new character... I run a heavily modded game and very script heavy with more hours than I will admit in playing i have had no issues using this method and found to be the most simple method to play a modded Skyrim.

I found after uninstalling Sexlab - Cumshot, everything worked just fine

I don't use this, so it wouldn't apply to me.

I have been doing this ever since I can remember. This is because the game will 100% CTD whenever loading a save game that has already been created. I'm not entirely sure why, but I suspect its related to ENB or VRAM. As long as I load an interior cell (qasmoke or anisescabin01) I am able to load these saves that would otherwise CTD. So I'm afraid this solution will not fix my T-pose issue that the OP brought up.

Not registering them wouldn't cause T-Pose, they just wouldn't be played. You don't need to register all animations in slal, i often leave a couple because i don't like them or they're just not that exclusive compared to others. Something like 20 rough doggy animations is enough. ;)

Well sounds like you may have conflicts or errors in your game if none of this helps ..it happens even the base game gets corrupted ...at worst a fresh install of game and build your game anew.... at best case you find the conflict
