An update some time ago caused it to stop working again. There is one that was created by zc32swift I recommend this one.

Somehow it fixed Square Bikini, White lace and some of the other Costume mod glitches, and also the small cutscene where you have full tension gauge display issue! It would be great if there is a thread for continuously d3dx.ini file fix, repair and update so that everyone can have update 5

Common : TEXCOORD.zw Honoka : TEXCOORD1.xy ( may also need to add "match_first_index = 0" in TextureOverrideSection ) Marie : nothing was specified, maybe anything works fine. 4
