Well, 3Dmigoto doesn´t even modify the files directly, just tells the game to load different buffers we provide if i'm not wrong, so technically the game is clean all the time, I don't know if that's a reason for a ban.

It is true that the emulator itself is not stealing Nintendo's intellectual property.
But a virtual game ROM from Nintendo that is artificially shared or traded to an emulator is infringing on the copyright holder's interests.

In retrospect, if you don't need to modify the content of the game, then 3Dmigoto is irrelevant from the outset. Then this community is not the place for you to stay.

True, let´s just hope it is nothing related to mods entirely, it is a reality that the game loses a lot of itself without the modding side

Please don't spread misinformation.

That thing has been there before the games even have english server.

It's not about modding.

It's about redistributing copyrighted material, a.k.a profitting from those copyrighted material.

 

Example : Paid mods

 

Also the update is adding this to the prohibitions :

 

"Reverse engineer, derive source code, modify, decompile, disassemble or otherwise analyze the Services"

 

You can blame those idiots on discord with their big mouth & "datamining"
