I just got it to work but the penis is floating away from the balls and the skin is all blotchy any idea what I'm missing?

Oh wow I'm not sure have you used the tattoo overlay that is supplied?

 

Also, some cc textures will conflict so try removing some accessories and see if that helps at all

if you tell others to read start by reading yourself he even asked if there is a rig for a penis without testicles so I assume those girls are dickgirls and so fit perfectly in here

OMG so we may see any sims of both genders with normal clothes but without the needed "accessories"? Boring.

 

You all can enable in CAS (or S4 Studio) and use more or less partly male clothes / shoes for females or female clothes for males. And last but not least, male body hair on females ;-) too.

 

For example:

 

 

 

Buddy, I could not answer your question, dear, because at this time I do not know where to get this kind of body accessory.

So far I would use a strapon for a normal female (the strapon is without balls). Hopefully Noir can serve this wish.
