Just built this Nord to look like a Dunmer. I used ECE of course. Those racial sliders in ECE really work great. All the same mods I listed in earlier posts, too.

Jase, with the eyes rotate them a little so the outer corners are lower. Then close the lower lid a little, open the top lid a little and then increase eye size. Then bring the brows in (together) just a little (the outer end is too far past her eyes, but adjust the eyes before the brows).

 

Since the mouth is kinda' close try raising it a few clicks. That should get it closer to the real girl's facial proportions.

 

But overall you're close. Now to just iron out a few small details.

 

Ill try that idea thank you, heres what ive come up with so far

I changed the brows and puffed out the lips and made them more reddish, and gave her abit of blush on the cheeks, the eyes are bigger but going to do that suggestion 

 

Is that. . . Michael Jackson?

the first post looked similar to Tilda Swinton, but I'd change the nose (thinner and pointing a little lower) and the mouth (looks a bit artificial, try from different mouth presets), the second image... I don't like her so much

If you have Race Menu you can try the Mimic plugin to try to copy it over. Otherwise, you can use a CK tutorial like this one to try to figure it out. You just have to remember to load any dependencies the custom follower lists as requirements or the export won't look the same as it does in the actual mod.
