SJBlack2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Jenassa is part of the Skyrim Beautiful Followers mod and it doesn't effect all elves unfortunately. Is there no way to make it so that ALL Elven characters (NPC and Player) are beautiful then? Etheral Elven Overhaul doesn't do it nearly enough. Their faces are too long & harsh and their eyes & eyebrows are still shaped in a weird way. Is there no way to make them all look like this?

Do you think I should start making NPC overhaul mods now that I learned to successfullu transfer my Player faces to NPCs? Just wish I knew how to pack up follow changing mods properly so I could upload and share.... You NEED To upload either a CME slot or a save of this character pleeeease ^~^
gvman3670 Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Is there no way to make them all look like this? Maybe. But you'd have to change the meshes and/or textures and then it should alter all of the elves. Put some nice Nord replacements in the elves' folders. There are guys here who have made pretty elf characters by changing the maps so if one of those folks could chime in with the details it would be helpful. I am not sure exactly which files would need copied to where exactly since I haven't tried it.

Nobody likes gingers anyway. UNP tbbp Sunburn for UNP (just to give the tits a nice milky look) SG texture Renewal SG Female Eyebrows Smile in HD SG Hair (finally found a working link) Detailed Lips - Detailed_Lips-1_20 Eyes of Beauty RANs Eye Reflection Extender (to give the eyes a bit of extra sparkle) And just a few more showing possible alternative hair styles. WARNING SCHLONGIFIED (No idea how that happened... honest)

I decided on the name "Eleya" because I was watching Doctor Who at the time. Lately i've been trying various enb presets and now I've gone back to my favorite since it had a new update and realized I wasted my time because It's simply the best in my opinion. Body proportions are wrong (had them set to 100 and didnt bother changing), nose type is probably wrong, eye color is wrong as well (I think he is using "Improved eyes" for this particular character), maps aren't the same as Sanhoshin, I think he is using either the ones from Girls of Skyrim or SG renewal. With some more work I probably could remake her I suppose. For the Gods! Are you share her save?

zzz72w3r Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 I have a question on the expressions slider. Does the game "play" engine care with what I do at ECE emotion slider? I see screenshots with different facial expressions but I thought that's shooters using racemenu and the animations where character changed facial expressions are based on scripted but pre-rendered poses using bones. I don't think I've ever seen my PC change facial expressions but all my emotion slider at ECE are set to 0.

For almost every one of the characters I've shared in the "Show Your Skyrim Counterpart" thread, I've used the same general design strategies and mod sets. Here are some examples... Mods used include... - Enhanced Character Edit - RaceMenu (required for face and body paint) - RaceMenu Overlay Compilation - SeveNBase TBBP body (I've been known to use UNPB now and then as well) - Real Girls Realistic Skin Textures - Sporty Sexy Sweat - No More Ugly Bronze Shine - Northborn Scars - The Eyes of Beauty - Smile in HD - Seductive Lips HD - HN66s Long Eye Lashes - SG Female Brows - SG Hair Pack - Cazy and Demoness Hairs - FemFeet Redone - Better Hand Mesh - Battle Hardened Warpaints - Warpaints by SkyrimKnight Ramblings on design and aesthetics and lighting 'n' stuff I don't follow any particular patterns or formulas to make good-looking faces, I pretty much just tweak things until it all looks right. My character designs are NEVER done in a single take. I'll start with a rough outline of the face I have in mind, then do some posing and screenshotting, before adding a few edits and changes. Additionally, while I use ECE and RaceMenu together, I usually start with just ECE - I'll create my character, then save her face as a CME preset (in case I lose a save or some other unforeseen circumstance), before installing RaceMenu in order to apply paint overlays (RaceMenu disables ECE's CME features). Another very important thing to take into account when creating characters are external elements... such as lighting. This can make a TON of difference to how your character looks. That's why it pays to experiment with different ENBs to see how they make your characters look. Here are some comparison shots. With ENB (yum... ) Without ENB (yuck! ) For screenarchery, my favorite ENBs are Opethfeldt (when I'm going for realism), Saraan Suum (when I want clear, bright lighting without over-saturated colors), Somber (when I'm looking for a moody, artsy atmosphere), and K (when I want a pure fantasy look). Additionally, the Facelight mod can make a world of difference to your character's face. It makes every feature far more visible, and the effect is very natural. I consider it essential for making beautiful characters. Now, recently I created a new character and changed a few things. Have a look. Yes, that's her in my sig and profile pic. (FYI, you can follow her ongoing misadventures in the Skyrim Counterpart thread or the Storyteller thread!) New mods used for her include... - Mature Skin Textures instead of Real Girls - Wet body option from SG Female Textures Renewal instead of Sporty Sexy Sweat - Xenius's High Resolution Scars instead of Northborn Scars - Xenius's High Resolution Eyes instead of Eyes of Beauty - TairenSoul Warpaint - Thehags Privat Tattoos It's the change in skin textures that makes the most difference here. You might assume that differences between skin textures are superfluous, a character who looks good in one skin will look ridiculous in another. Also, my current ENB is Poupouri - First Seed preset.
