Yeah, it does if you do the outfit morphs in bodyslide. I use the easygirl stuff myself, although there's a few outfits that still register as your toon being naked. Interestingly enough, one of them is the fishnet, which is bout as close to naked as you can get while still wearing something

I see someone asked something similar a bit ago with regards to morphs (and while i also use some of easygirls i also use other mods but always build them in bodyslide), but in the current game i'm in before i restart as i need to update a few mods with a clean save I'm on the 5th month of pregnancy but I see no change not even when stripped naked when going into any kind of sex act.  I checked the main page and said i needed the slides "PregnancyBelly" "DoubleMelon" and "BigButt" however i never found these and the closest ones i could find are under Belly: Pregnancy, Breasts: Melons, and Butt: Big.  would these be the slides in question?

 

P.S. I also have the morph slider in MCM set to about 10 as i was testing to see if i could see a change.

so after i read the pages i tried some things. i unticked all the female player model enhancers like glorious female (except cbbe of course), i used the cbbe vanilla preset, i changed the stats of getting pregnant to 100. but despite all of that my characters body wont change. what do?

Try nudesuits........See if that helps. It helped me.

Would it be possible to make ghouls sterile for lore reasons?

Can you get them pregnant just by sleeping with them standard or do you have to physically fuck them to activate.  Also fun idea. As companion becomes more and more pregnant carry weight goes from ten-twenty-thirty and 50% reduced. Making a penalty for knocking yourself or someone else up.

Just remembered one more thing I wanted to add. Would be a great idea is the baby would randomly cried for being carried around. Alerting enemies nearby . You can make an item like a backpack that they can craft in the workstation. That will allow them to feed change and muffle the baby's cries.  Something like a backpack with 2 hoses coming around to where the tits are.  Call it the napper crapper 3000 or something.  Maybe even giving an option that it can carry items like a backpack.

It doesn't seems to work for me. Once I impregnate a NPC, nothing happens. No pregnant belly, no quests, no baby into the npc's inventory after the 9 days, when the baby is supposed to be born.. I'm sure that the NPcs are pregnant, I have activated the cheat menu and it tells me that a baby has been conceived.

 

I have activated the F4EE option while installing CBBE, I have F4SE and LooksMenu, but I still don't understand why it isn't working.

What body are you using? The last time I had that problem it was because when I built the body in bodyslide I'd forgotten to click the "build morphs" button. And

CBBE but I did use the "build morphs" button, but I guess I probably did something wrong with Bodyslide because it sill doesn't work

I started a new game.  I also use Transfer settlements.  In the last game I started (one for building settlements) I had a few children, some adult (new settler designation), and some still children that I moved from one settlement to another one.  I used TS to export the settlement during the last game.  

 

When I started this new game, I used TS to import the saved settlement blueprint and installed.

 

Guess what...the children came with the settlement...each having a unique identifier (number).

 

This would not be problematic if I needed fully populated settlements, but that kinda defeats the purpose...I am trying to remove one of the children just as a test using "markfordelete"....another thing is they don't move, they just stand there like someone tai-ed them.  I don't know how the game will handle me deleting one of the children since they are tied to my settlement management system and assigned to farming.

 

It seems that the game considers these children objects and not NPCs...I dunno…

 

would love to hear your thoughts on this matter...

Heyho, so I recently got back into F4, and I had to reinstall all my mods because of the NMM update. However everything worked fine and I didn't really have to do much besides reinstall everything. 

 

However, if I remember right I need to do something specific to my character so the different stages show up. Body slide correct?  If I do as shown by Von Holton above will everything work again or have I forgotten something? I open Bodyslide, select my preset for CBBE, move the sliders as shown above and check  build morph, batch build and build, right? 

 

Am I missing something or is this all I have to do? And do I need to do it to all clothes I am wearing or only once to my body type (sorry it has been a while?) and if I do everything correctly, what is the earliest body changes will show up (so I know if I did it properly)

Yes, I use Bodyslide also & it works with no errors.
