Four-Play Family Planning (Skin Colors, Growing Up)

I hate to be the annoying lore-monger (especially for a sex mod!), but can you make it so that Ghouls cannot get pregnant? Or is this not supposed to happen? All my ghoul hookers are knocked up, which defeats the point of having ghoul hookers! (You know, because they are sterile? No kids to worry about.) If this is a glitch, I don't know what caused it. If it is intentional, would you please consider making a lore-friendly version? I would be really grateful!

It's an easy setting to make. Can add it to Vin's CP when I next update it and FPFP.

Ok. Cool, thanks! For now, I will just use the control panel to make the NPCs always use contraception and have contraception always succeed. That should stop ALL NPC pregnancies, correct?

Great mod vinfamy! Thanks so much for breaking ground on a pregnancy mod for Fallout 4, as well as your other Four-Play modules.

 

A few bugs/quirks I ran into with Family Planning:

• If the father is a hostile faction that you end up killing, it breaks the father quest. Already mentioned.
• Any merchant that gets pregnant and gives birth automatically puts their baby up for sale (for around 1500 caps; not sure if it's a good deal or not? lol)
• The baby item has no skin on inspection, so you just see the clothes and floating, disembodied eyes. I'm guessing this is due that Shaun's skin color is dependent on character generation?

Some suggestions for future features:

• More customization to the body as it progresses. I peeked at your script, and the BodyGen.SetMorph function appears to be able to affect each slider option. So with a few more variables, it looks like a player can set how big the breasts / butt / belly / any other body part get individually. Has a lot of potential; certainly thinking of scripting a bit of it myself to fine tune the growth to my custom Bodyslide preset
• Pregnancy symptoms, whether it's a buff/debuff, or a periodic visual/sound effects or in-game messages. Some examples could be Morning Sickness that affects your perception, or Labor that makes you move slower. Unsure of F4SE's current ability to implement these as easily as Skyrim though.

How about the other suspects?

 

In any case, the father quest is optional and doesn't really have any consequences for now. You can abort / deliver the baby without knowing the father

the other suspect was a diamond city jail guard. it bugs my ability to talk to nate, i cant actually initiate the dialogue. I am obviously using dual survivors mod by the way

I have an issue. I'm using HN66s Easy Girl outfits and after installing your mod, batch build (i've set on build morphs) the display is screwed up, like a sort of glitch when your graphic software messing with all lines and diff colors. I'm using bodyslide preset with belly/pregnant sliders. Is it my bad or your mod and that are incompatible? I'd really appreciate an advice.

Hey so... first off, love your mods, they're all great and require minimum work to get up and running in general.

 

However, this one is the exception for me. After a little faffing about I've gotten everything working except for the belly inflation. This appears to be because the game won't load LooksMenu for some reason; every time I open the game, LooksMenu disappears from plugins.ini. Also, BodySlide works fine, but using slm 14 only pulls up the default character edit menu, suggesting the issue is with LooksMenu.

 

Game is v1.9.4, F4SE 0.04.02, FP 1.2. I've tried removing and reinstalling, in different orders, LooksMenu,  CBBE, BodySlide, and Family Planning. Yes I installed CBBE properly, and yes I'm launching with the F4SE loader.

 

I've heard that some people have issues with LooksMenu because it doesn't have any assets or something like that (just going from memory here)... any idea what's going on? Why does the game keep removing LooksMenu from the mod list?

Yeah, the belly inflating won't work without LooksMenu. Maybe try installing LooksMenu manually or with NMM with admin rights. Or make sure to copy the F4EE.dll file from LooksMenu to Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins 

 

There's a LooksMenu thread here on LoversLab that Expired checks in once per every couple of days I think. He'll be able to give you a better answer

okay. so i'm using Dual Survivors mod, and Nate is the father. However, whenever I tell him I want to raise the baby together as husband and wife, he says "I'm sorry but I wont be forced into an unhappy marriage." How do I fix this? yeah, I didn't take into account this mod when I made that quest, which is not completed anyway and won't have any real impact whether the father agrees or not, so don't worry too much about it for now.

I've checked for the quest and it hasn't shown up and I've changed the month to 1 game day and saved the settings a few times, still can't get it to work

Since you used Violate to trigger the sex, did you kill the baby daddy after he's done violating you? I wonder if I forgot to allow dead actors be father of the child and the mod doesn't know what to do.

Preston is the only one I can talk to for the quest and he wont talk to me, just nods his head, waves his arms a little and wanders off.  I also cant finish the Starlight Drive quest because he wont talk to me at all.  Its late night my time so I am going to try to deactivate the mod when I play again and see if it will allow me to talk to him and finish the Starlight Drive quest, but not sure if FP will allow me to finish since both raiders are dead.

Thanks!  And your mods are awesome!  I do however run into a problem as well with diamond city guards... none of them are wearing anything but their catchers armor, helmets..and walk around wiht a constant hard on LOL not sure what I did to cause that <.<  It happens to Sturgis too but only after I have sex wiht him he all the sudden gets buff and his cloths dont fit..and he is constantly hard.  I have run loot, uninstalled, re installed no clue what is going on here. :/  

 

Also.. I do not have diverse bodies installed.

I had the exact same issue before. It was before FP existed.

It was a nude body for males, which sadly I do not recall off hand, but pretty sure it was an older NEXUS one. I ll see if I can dig my old files and find the name. 

 

EDIT: Couldn't find it in my history, and it was before this machine so cant look at my old NMM list.

Have you SLM' any NPC / Follower?

I encountered that only with a follower who I slm'd while having body physics in play, and only when adjusting the hair to a physics one.
