super sorry for the dumb questions but, how exactly do i install this? what files do i need? i have the mediafire folder open but there's a bunch of files in there and i'm unsure which ones i need and if i'm supposed to combine them somehow. can anyone help? also, does this work with SE?

 

again, i'm sorry if the questions seem stupid or obvious, i've never downloaded a mod with this sort of process before :(

If you download the mod from the first page, you'll end up getting a link like this:

just download the SE english version and install it like any other mod.

 

Check for the requirements in the first page.

One other thing that can happen is the player's expression gets stuck in some pose--you can use the MCM menu in debug where it says something like "Reset Player/Facial Expression" and it might help un-stick your player.

How to marry in falkreath? The guard keeps saying, "reception hours for villagers are from noon to lunch. Come with your chosen one at this time, and i will guide you." what i'm missing here?

iirc, you have to go at 11 am, or 12 pm, something like that

Anyone might know why I get a CTD whenever I'm leaving the New Gnisis after speaking with Jona for the very first time (when she tells me to get lost)?

 

Edit: Ambarys* sorry.

Edit 2: I've spawned Liorel and the game crashed. It turns out the issue is with him. That's a first step but what could it be? To my knowledge I have no mods that change the appearance of dark elves or anything of the sort. Hmm.

maybe you have a mod that adds an outfit or item to NPCs and it's affecting him. If you have NETScriptFramework you can open the crash logs and try to see the cause

Thank you for your reply. I did what you suggested. I couldn't really make any sense of anything that came up in the crash log.

I loaded a new game, and spawned him again. He appears for a fraction of a second before the game crashes, during which I opened the console immediately and checked his inventory with "showinventory." Nothing was out of the ordinary, but to be safe I tried a few things. I tried "removeallitems" on him and the game still crashed. Since in this fraction of a second, his head spawns weird, I figured it's got to do with that, so I equipped him a helmet. Same thing, game still crashes.

 

My safest bet is to reinstall the mod. I hope this doesn't cause any problems down the line!

FINAL EDIT: Alright y'all, I fixed it. I had a hunch that it was a very old hair mod that I had and simply disabled it and the SOB now doesn't crash my game. I didn't suspect this at first because I had already played Thief with that mod on, but now it crashes it for some reason. Oh well, thank you once again @Highborn

Hey, I'm gonna be a pain in the ass again. Sorry, the problems just keep piling up!

 

I have no problems concerning Loriel anymore, but the Hot Springs segment has truly been a hot mess, particularly concerning the new content.

After finishing the Rock Paper Scissors game, Hokki goes "Wait a little I'm gonna fetch my clothes." After saying this, he walks a few metres from me then disappears into thin air. I wait there and wait but nothing ever happens. This was after disabling the "fade to black" option as when I had it ticked the screen would just go black eternally.

 

I tried going to the village myself and nothing related to Hokki happens there. I wait, nothing. I knock on the door, the guy pretending to be a giant tells me to go away. I go from the other side and then there's reference to a giant coming up behind me, which I couldn't catch a glimpse of as immediately after the fact, I find myself thrown up in the air so far I could swore I saw Sovengarde.

 

I don't understand where all these bugs are coming from tbh. I didn't have any of this the last time I played this mod.

 

Sorry for my numerous posts, this is just frustrating!

Do you have any mod that makes changes to the location? Do you have any other mod that might make changes to NPCs? There was an old bug of NPCs becoming invisible related to HDT, but never saw anything like that on SE anymore.

 

After checking this, I'd try to reload a save and if Hokki disappears, try to use moveto player with console command, after getting his ID.

Alrighty, thank you so much again, for everything. I think I'm gonna take a break from this game for a few months but I'll try to figure this one out as soon as I come back/If I come back. I'll come back to this thread whenever I do.

This mod is absolutely the kind that's probably best if you just run the mod and its requirements and no others because little conflicts are so likely to crop up, and after finishing the quest, go back to the original modlist and remove Thief.

You're not wrong, but it's definitely possible to run the mod without issues with a huge modlist, provided you know the locations in which it will conflict. I have more than 700 plugins activated and things are working fine with Thief. I also plan to not remove the mod after Dogma releases the final version, since I think it's an experience I'd definitely want to keep 'canon' into my character's save. ?

It’s a side quest. If you get pregnant, you’ll discover it at a certain stage of the main quest. Then, you’ll have the option to abort or keep it. If you keep it, a side quest will start. But you can only complete that after the main quest is done. It kinda works as an epilogue of sorts.

 

It doesn’t require a mod dependency or anything. The character will get pregnant depending on the amount of creampie sex she has during the quest and if a valid actor (potential father) was among them.

Played through this mod many times is my favorite of all time...I broke my skyrim le so i'm going to make the move to SE for once.  Tried to get thief going but im stuck sitting at the table with the stranger, i get the darkness after taking one drink but then the dialogue never comes up to ask if i want another drink.  we just sit there staring at each other.

Check if you are using the correct version of Fuz Ro Doh. If you downgraded SE to 1.5.97, the version of Fuz Ro Doh you need is not the one of the main download.

I had the same issue and it was because I did not have the correct version of Fus Ro D'oh -- you need to go to the old files on the Nexus page and download the one for version 1.5.97

 

Also are you using the Anniversary edition or the Special Edition? I think the Special Edition is the only one it works for, but I haven't tested the Anniversary Edition in a while.

If you mean the Hot Springs guy addon, no it's not. Just the part one was released. The story will continue on part 2.
