I use KS Hairdos HDT on my girl Tish.  That was interfering with the body physics.  The authors thoughtfully provided a patch that fixes it.  I only discovered it because I accidentally uninstalled KS Hairsdos HDT and loaded up my game.  Tish was bald but her physics worked. 

 

Definitely an "AWWWWWW FUCK!" moment because I then remembered the damn patch.  ?
